Outstanding dryer. Very quiet and gets the job done perfect.

After using this same model and make for two weeks while renting a condo in AK, I learned this is the washer/dryer dreams are made of. I couldn't be happier and Best Buy made the install seamless while being most professional throughout. If you want the best, these are the machines that'll make you happy for years and years to come.

We love our new dryer. It’s very quiet and efficient

We've had sears for years and decided to buy LG in the black stainless for the first time. We were not disappointed. Definitely the Mercedes Benz in a field of Ford focuses. Don't ask the installers to do anything but plug it in. They didn't know how to vent it out of the side knock out. Ordered the extra vent pipe and did it myself

This dryer does not have a WiFi connection, but it does have Smart Diagnostics that works with the iPhone (other connectivity features only work with Android - not so good). The dryer indicated that the vent was clogged - so we had it cleaned out and the clothes dry much more quickly now! That was a plus. It has a lot of cycle options too - we are still trying to figure out which one is best.

Vet pleaded with Dryer. Only issue as advised in my previous reviews of the main washer and pedestal washer is the wrong color pedestal washer. It should have been black stainless steel but instead Best Buy supplied a graphite steel pedestal washer.

We purchased this after the LG companion washer and can’t say enough. It dries well (especially towels, heavy winter coats, gloves and snow pants), looks beautiful and has more settings than we know what to do with. Hats off, LG!

This is our 2nd front load dryer. We had many problems with the previous brand so we wanted something different. The salesperson we worked with recommended LG and we couldn't be happier. The dryer is spacious, quiet and has a setting for every type of item. This is a great product!

Lots of drying options, I mainly just use normal :). My only complaint is the use of “y” adaptors, it is a hose nightmare. Hooking up the steam option for the dryer mixed with a sidekick washing = way to many water hoses.

Dryer has a lot of functions. Many that are probably not needed. We bought the steam system because I wear lots of dress shirts for work and sometimes I don't have time to do a full iron. So far the steam function does not seem to be worth the money. Maybe I'm not setting it right or something but it does not remove wrinkles that well. We tried it on shirts and some sheers for our room to remove some wrinkles and it did not do as good a job as we thought it would. Don't expect it to remove all the wrinkles. It will remove some but truthfully for the money you pay might as well get the regular non steam dryer, spray the shirt or whatever with some water and put it in the dryer. Works the same if not better and saves a couple $100. Still a good dryer but steam function is not all that great.

We bought the front load washer 2 years ago. Our dryer finally died. So when we were looking for the matching dryer, we chose to get the stacking kit. With delivery and set up by Best Buy, the set up was great. They upgraded the water tee connector to metal for free. So nice to have steam to dry. Happy with the purchase and setup.

Bought this after moving into new house and leaving behind our older LG washer/dryer that served us well for 11 years. This new model is more energy efficient and dries clothes faster than before. Look forward to this serving us well for next 15+ years.

I've used this dryer for more than a year. Excellent. My only issue is I have to override the 'Eco' dry. Does a nice efficient job of drying. Many choices, but I stick to normal!

When it was time to shop for a new washer/dryer set my wife specifically wanted a dryer with a steam feature. It is very useful when you remove some wrinkles and/or freshen up an article of clothing.

Would recommend . Really easy to use and works fantastic!

Large capacity; fairly quiet; many options; quick drying; quick (~10 minute) refresh cycle is great for wrinkled clothing or clothes that sat in the dryer overnight. The only downside so far is that the default dryness level often leaves some damp items, but you can manually choose a higher dryness amount when starting most cycles.

We'd had our old dryer for 18 years and needed a new one. We shopped and researched for almost 2 months before we narrowed it down to LG. We waited until they went on sale...totally worth EVERY penny! We simply love it.
