    Love the product but will never buy from Pacific Sales again. Installation was terrible and rushed. Salesman said to bring back installation kit that wasn’t used and when I did, Pacific Sales said it wasn’t purchased from them.

    Excellent craftmanship with LG dryers. You can't go wrong with LG brand washers and dryers. The best feature is when the dryer knows my clothes are dry and will not continue to operate it just shuts off which saves you alot of energy.

    The installation was a joke. The guys wheeled the machines into my garage, handed me the supply hoses, (which leaked requiring a trip to Lowes to get new hose gaskets) didn't level the machines and basically took off in a hurry.
