I'm so extremely disappointed not being able to see into the dark drum cavity. What a design flaw!!! How can this company overlook engineering a necessary interior drum light? After learning there was no light my options were limited, return the dryer and purchase the model above but it didn't match the washer. I'm not pleased at all!

Drying clothes shouldn’t be so difficult. I’ve tried the different programs, less drying time, taking laundry out the second the time’s up but nothing works. I’ve had LG dryer before for over 10 years. It wasn’t such an issue. Not sure what’s going on with w/d technology but we seem to be going backwards.

Moisture sensor does not work well as it thinks items are dry, but they are damp on seams and waist bands. Also, the controls are fussy and don't let you change things. Why can't I dry for less than 10 minutes and why do I have to hit the downarrow 10 times to get to 10? Awkward. Makes me long for my 23 yr old mechanical dryer.
