    The guys were great! Very efficient and professional. The only complaint was it took too long to get it installed. But other than that, we are very pleased.

    It’s really annoying how everything comes out so wrinkled no matter what. Drying clothes shouldn’t be so difficult. I’ve tried the different programs, less drying time, taking laundry out the second the time’s up but nothing works. I’ve had LG dryer before for over 10 years. It wasn’t such an issue. Not sure what’s going on with w/d technology but we seem to be going backwards.

    Great washer that uses H/E detergent and different motions to clean clothes. Like the front load feature and recommend to buy pedestal to elevate washer to a better height.

    Happy with the machines. Had to call back because stacking kit was wrong size so they came back w/correct one. I am happy with results & they did it very fast!

    I purchased the dryer not knowing a drum light, which is a standard feature on all dryers I have had, wasn't included in this LG model. I'm so extremely disappointed not being able to see into the dark drum cavity. What a design flaw!!! How can this company overlook engineering a necessary interior drum light? After learning there was no light my options were limited, return the dryer and purchase the model above but it didn't match the washer. I'm not pleased at all!

    This was my second LG washer, and I don’t think I’ll ever switch brands again. The clothes comes out clean and it’s simple to use. I highly recommend this product.

    Dryer takes a long time. Moisture sensor does not work well as it thinks items are dry, but they are damp on seams and waist bands. Also, the controls are fussy and don't let you change things. Why can't I dry for less than 10 minutes and why do I have to hit the downarrow 10 times to get to 10? Awkward. Makes me long for my 23 yr old mechanical dryer.
