    Zero stars! LG once again has designed a lemon! Very dissatisfied in the performance. The heating agent is very subpar and no matter the load, will take 3 to 4 cycles to dry the clothes. Towels…forget about it! It will never dry towels! Worst purchase ever!

      This kind of issue is most often related to restricted airflow, even with the FlowSense system. We suggest checking and performing one simple step: Please ensure that you are cleaning your lint filter before every load and that the exhaust vent on the exterior of your home is not obstructed. A blocked vent can prevent hot, moist air from escaping, which causes long drying times.
