He left the parts and ran out the door. I paid for parts and the installation. I had to purchase a different gas line. I also wanted the door switched. Called geeksquad and got no resolution.

As a result, the dryer was not able to be installed for an extended period of time. I ended up buying the part. Very poor coordination by Best Buy. Nothing wrong with the product.

Unit isn't level so probably why pooling suds near washer door. Dryer has manufacturer defect in door seal, so LG coming out this week. As with all front loaders, will smell if not wiped out and door left open after each load. I have to leave washer door cracked all the time or smell comes back. I haven't used enough to give complete review. Ask again in 6 months or a year.

Best Buy delivery guys said they don't install on LP gas. I had to purchase a conversion and have my gas line replaced going up to the dryer. I finally got all that done. Today we had an appliance repair person install the conversion. He had to take the dryer completely apart to get to where the conversion is installed. Bad engineering. The burner won't come on. Dryer isn't working and now we are past our 15 day return for Best Buy. On hold for Geek Squad over an hour. Ridiculous. We purchased Geek Squad extended warranty. Hoping someone will fix it eventually.

I already had one. When I went to return it they would not take it. Somehow it is coded where it can not be returned. Hashtag - Everyone (most companies) are a little bit of a thief now.

First day of scheduled delivery, Best Buy didn’t arrive with all the parts in order to achieve proper installation. Had to schedule 2nd install date. Noticed Dryer had a dent in the back, but was informed by 2nd install team the function would be fine. After install and use, Dryer kept giving error codes. D80 or D90. Tried to get it repaired but was scheduled for another install by Total Tech, so they just requested a new Dryer. After a month since first scheduled install, now getting it exchanged. Let’s see how this goes….just bad experience overall.

LG not so great when it comes to the dryer

My clothes weren't getting dry at all. However, the replacement unit they brought doesn't seem to work either. I think there may be issues with this specific model. I intended to return the unit because it's useless if it's not functioning properly. The clothes are still not getting dry.

Twice to dry Dryer

It uses soooo little gas that it doesn't fully dry sheets, socks, towels and many other items. We just plan on this new "energy savings" bonus and cycle everything twice to make sure they dry completely! This "Going green" is so great!
