    Best buy forced me to add a gas line connector for $40. I already had one. When I went to return it they would not take it. Somehow it is coded where it can not be returned. Hashtag - Everyone (most companies) are a little bit of a thief now.

    Twice to dry Dryer

    This dryer uses gas to dry clothes and sheets. It uses soooo little gas that it doesn't fully dry sheets, socks, towels and many other items. We just plan on this new "energy savings" bonus and cycle everything twice to make sure they dry completely! This "Going green" is so great!

    I bought this unit and had to exchange it for another because it wasn't working properly. My clothes weren't getting dry at all. However, the replacement unit they brought doesn't seem to work either. I think there may be issues with this specific model. I intended to return the unit because it's useless if it's not functioning properly. The clothes are still not getting dry.

    My Washer and dryer have not been installed. I have not been able to use yet. My Promise date was 8/7. I received a damaged dryer that could not be salvaged and am now waiting for delivery of the replacement. Estimated 9/20. This has been a horrible experience waiting on hold and the delays. I would not chose Best Buy again based on this experience. I chose this brand because the salesman said they were in stock and I would have no issues getting delivery.

    In home consultation eh?

    This is mainly for Home evaluation--they recommended this dryer saying it fits--no it didn't. Turns out, my valve needed replacement. We found this out when they came out for installation. Then they also point out that vent is in the back so we need "side vent kit". So they sold me the side vent kit "installation" and 2nd time they came out, they say "oh you need to purchase the side vent kit". So they sold me the installation without the side vent kit. When I asked to buy the side vent kit, they told me, "we don't have it". Blows my mind. Whats the point of "in-home consultation"?

    Defective machine

    Cannot really rate the dryer since it is defective. We paid for delivery and installation, but it was not installed. We had to call (and pay for) installation by another company. They found the defective part when they tried to install the dryer. Now we are told that since we didn't call Best Buy, they will not reimburse us for ordering parts and having the dryer fixed. We are waiting for the new dryer.

    Great products, clean clothing at a fair price. Price matched home depot, down side sales person didn't put on paperwork to remove my old ones so they left them in my basement to pay others to remove them.

    TERRIBLE DRYER! Brand new dryer and already NOT working!!! Should have stuck with Samsung. People say LG is better quality so we got the LG dryer. Delivered and installed by Best Buy. Nope, still NOT working! Waiting extra 3 weeks for exchange.

    HORRIBLE !!!! The dryer has not worked since the day I received it. I have been trying for 4 weeks now to get a service tech. I have repeatedly tried through Best Buy and through LG, and still NOTHING!!!!

    We have had 3 gas dryers delivered in the past 4 weeks without 1 heating. Number 4 comes tomorrow. Not a fan of LG. Tired of laundromats with new non-working dryer sitting at the house.
