No interior light

Hate it. Some things I like to pull out and hang to damp dry and can’t see anything inside without a light. I have never owned a dryer in 50 years that doesn’t have a light when you open the door!

Satisfactory dryer

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well, but in 6 months we've had a couple of negatives... sometimes the automatic drying sensor is a bit off and doesn't dry things all the way - and in a humid place that means our clothes might sit a bit damp for a bit, which is not great for fighting mildew. One time recently I got a weird error code "CL," which apparently means "child lock" but there is no child lock button and I had to look up a series of buttons to push to make it go away and unlock. It was an easy problem to solve, but annoying.

25 year old Maytag finally died
