Extra expense!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a delivery on 04/12/2022 the dryer did not work so the technician told me I needed to call an electrician, so I did at a cost of $140 the electrician checked the outlet and it worked just fine. So Best buy exchanged the dryer but it turned out there was nothing wrong, the problem was the way it was hooked up, in the end it cost me an extra $140

Dryer ok, install bad

Loads are continually stopping because the dryer senses it is done but there are still wet clothes. Annoying! Also annoying was the installers telling me that the vent from my old dryer was better than the one I purchased with the new dryer. Only to find a week later it was dry rotted and had a hole in it. I had to change to the new one myself. Lazy installer!!!
