Washer, dryer combination is very disappointing. Takes hrs to do a wash. Only can do small loads. Thankful that l kept my old set. Got a new dryer so l am still going to basement to do my wash. The purpose of the washer combination was to avoid the steps.

It’s ok.
I wish the sales person had been better, they should have been able to recommend a dryer with a steam cycle!
Our old LG had one and the new washer has a steam cycle and the sales person should have pointed that out.
Bottom line: my mistake I assumed…..oh well

I'm somewhat disappointed in the LG dryer. I found it difficult to operate for the first few times but now have that down. Sometimes my clothes simply won't dry. I've learned that the dryer doesn't work well when you put one or two things back in to dry.

Sensor Dry Needs Improvement

It's a great size, however, the sensor drying which is most cycles is really off. I dried a cycle three times in delicate and it still wasn't enough. The only way I can seem to dry the loads is via timed dry.

The product is great but only reason we got the stackable dryer was the salesman siad that it had steam feature and when it arrived we found out it doesn't. Thats the only reason didn't give 5 stars

Working perfectly after waiting for over a month to install the item. Upon drop off we were not informed that we need a stacking kit, so we need to reschedule.

Only giving this a 3 star at this point as the drum still squeaks upon startup. Tech did inform me that this was due to the temperature. Will be having Geek Squad come out to check it in the next week if it keeps up.

We recently bought this dryer to replace a GE dryer that worked flawlessly for 12 years.
I have to say that the old GE performed a bit better than this new LG model. I mean, it works, but it's a bit slow and the controls are overly complicated.

No booties on their feet. Delivery people weren’t informed on type of dryer they were picking up.
Sales person wasn’t knowledgeable, poor listener. Had to come back to the store( couldn’t call, only 800#) to have multiple issues resolved.

AI feature makes it not dry your clothes

Hate this dryer. I had the previous model and it worked so well. I moved so had to get a new one. This one does not dry thing completely because of the AI smart feature. When something is dry inside, you set it for 45 minutes, it stops running after 20. You have to then manually set it again for 20 minutes to finish the load. My king sheets get completely wrapped in themselves and totally mangled/wrinkled. I tried different settings. It can't handle king sheets dried with pillow cases. Wish I could return.

Dryer doesn’t seem to do a good job on drying clothes completely using the cycle selected. Also they are not dry at all using the sensor.

I've had this less than a month and so far I am less than thrilled with it. The clothes do not get thoroughly dried when using the sensor modes even when I change the level of dryness to the highest setting. I have to use the timed mode to get them completely dry. The vent is completely clear so that is not the reason. I thought LG was a reliable brand but now I'm not so sure. I gave it an extra star because of the large drum size.
Let us help you with that! Send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your contact info, and model # and we would be happy to walk you through troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue. ^Jennifer
