I have a LG washer and dryer which does a great job, and Wanted to stay with LG. This machine does a good job drying the cloths. BestBuy Delivered it and set it up quickly and professionally.

Takes a bit longer to dry but it all depends the amount of clothes you're putting in. Have to keep in mind if you're used to an industry dryer this is alot different than that!

Air dry is literally air dries the clothing. Color and Esthetics is pleasing to the eye. It is somewhat too low. It might be too low and somewhat difficult to get clothing. Consider buying buying the pedestal for it. Otherwise great dryer.

Its been broken since the day i bought qnd LG is very difficult to get anything fixed. 3 different repair men like 9 servixe calls....parts after rparts have been ordered and still cant use it. If i turn on it sounds like a plane crash.

I had it delivered at 7:00 am this Monday and soon after install it would not dry it would shut off before cycle ended LG sent a tech out Wednesday and said it was just on an energy saving mode. So it started going through the entire cycle but still does not dry. We had to go through five cycles to dry one load. Super unhappy thinking about just getting a refund and going somewhere else.

Smart Electric Dryer for more than a year now, and overall, it’s a solid performer. The AI Sensor Dry and TurboSteam features are genuinely helpful clothes come out dry and refreshed, and wrinkles are noticeably reduced. The Wi-Fi connectivity and ThinQ app integration are convenient for remote monitoring and maintenance alerts, which adds a modern touch to laundry routines. The capacity is generous, allowing me to run fewer loads, which saves time and energy. I also appreciate the sleek design and tempered glass door—it looks great and feels durable. However, the learning curve for the smart features was a bit steeper than expected, and the app interface could be more intuitive. Also, while the dryer is quiet, the cycle times can be longer than anticipated depending on the load type. And I stuffed this thing full! It’s pretty intuitive, but I do recommend taking a look at the owner’s manual because this dryer has a lot of features that you might never have seen. Gorgeous to look at, easy to use—always happy with the results. I didn’t think it'd be possible to this excited about an appliance... but I do love this machine! The matching LG washer is great too!
