The products won’t be delivered for another month

I think I will like the smart dryer with built in intelligence. Josh helped me sort through the many dryers available to get just what I wanted. I plan to continue to shop for appliances at Best Buy.

It's wi-fi and smart, it's a great dryer with tons of settings and customization. As an example, it rates by dryer vent air flow. I can tell when I need to clean my vent BEFORE it's an emergency! This is an excellent purchase.

Not one problem with the old one, was still working fine but bought a new LG washer and wanted a matching pair. We stacked the units. Love the graphite steel.

I love the color, much more than the white we had before. Modernizes the room. The dryer works well. Some loads with mixed fabrics need extra time after using a sensor cycle, but overall we are very happy with this purchase.

I relocated with it across country three times and still held up well. So after 11 years, Old one died, couldn’t get parts to repair it so replaced with another LG.

I was impressed because the installation was efficient and took less than an hour to complete. Everything is running smoothly and I am thankful for such great service and follow through during the pandemic.

We didn't order the pedestal this time because of the expense but don't miss it as much as we though we would.

My matching washer never worked well and LG customer service is horrible and they have left me for weeks with a big piece of junk and no immediate resolution. This ruined my support for any LG appliance for. Weeks with a 4 month old expensive washer that doesn’t work at all. The app and linking to your phone does not work either.

I got matching pedestals and they look great. My clothes have never been cleaner and the dryer is very efficient. The delivery man put the hoses on backwards so that ruined a few clothing items.
