I was so excited to get the washer and dryer. The description about this dryer is not very accurate. This dryer DOES NOT have an interior light like it says on the specifications list. I am not very happy about that. Thinking about returning the whole set. LG or Best Buy should take a better look at what is in their website. Also, the clothes doesn’t dry all at once.

Very disappointed in this model.

Clothes will not dry properly. The dryer senses that the clothes are dry and constantly shuts off while the clothes are still wet. Even when using the timed dry feature, the dryer will shut off early and will not run for the time you set it for.

The d machines was Kenmore elite (LG OEM) and worked well. This LG is basically newr version of same model. For example washed two pairs of jeans and had to restart dryer three times foget them dry. Old system never had that issue.

It made a grinding noise had to return few time. Had the same problem. Did not want to take a chance again and had to return the dryer. Best buy customer service were prompt in helping out with the replacement. However; the product LG is at fault here. I wish best buy could test the appliances before delivery otherwise it is causing a great hassle to the customer.

You can’t just set it to run longer to finish drying them. It keeps stopping while the clothes are still damp. Wish I had just purchased an old fashioned dryer where I could select the amount of time. Super frustrating. Would not recommend. The whole point of a dryer is to dry. It doesn’t.
