    If you need more than a few feet of venting or any turns in the vent - this dryer won't work. It will think your vents or filter is clogged when they aren't. Known issue - no fix from LG.

    Don't order from Best Buy. They will not deliver your entire order and will refuse to refund for missing items after giving you the run-around for a week or until you give up.

    The dryer works fine but the delivery was a nightmare. It took three different schedule appointments for the old dryer to be hauled away. The delivery team would not show up and mark the job complete. This has me questioning if I’ll use Best Buy again for future purchases!

    If I could give no stars I would! This has been the worse experience ever! The incompetence and zero help provided even with the Geek Squad protection has been extremely frustrating. I don’t think I will buy another appliance from Best Buy or any of its affiliates again and I am canceling my credit card.

    I set it to "very dry" and clothes come out wet. It won't allow you to rerun a load. I have to use a clothes line to dry the clothes.

    This washer is only 3 months old and never has it fully heated the clothes when they come out! Clothes feel damped and wet and I spent alot of money for this only not to work

    Waiting for another new one being delivered, first one I received doesn't work at all. Turns on for 1 minute and shuts off. Had repair service look at it, says it's either mother board or sensors.

    Great items but bad delivery services first delivery date came and went back second delivery date came with the wrong stacking kit third delivery date did not showed up and I had to buy my own stacking kit from Amazon and connected my self

    Not fulfilling warranty

    Best Buy is not living up to their warranty claims as we have had a tech out here once and it is not fixed. They want to push it off on the manufacturer which will cause another lengthy delay

    Promised a delivery date and then cancelled the day of delivery WITH A TEXT message. When i called they told me it was a month and and half out. So i cancelled

    This dryer never worked. 5 minutes after installing it started showing code np while the washer kept working fine.

    The product was fine. The installation was less than adequate which resulted in an estimated $4k+ amount of damage to my house.

    Terrific dryer for a terrific $

    Went shopping for the matching dryer when spouse OK'd 'going for it' after buying the washer version @ our fav 'member outlet' at a close-out. Caught this @ BB as a 'floor demo' @ a similar discount. Was at a location that req'd a 3 hr. r/t, but made for a pleasant road trip. New to front loaders, so times for some items vary, but happy to have Quiet machines for the domicile.
