We thought our unit came w a washer / dryer but it didn’t so we ended up purchasing. This set is amazing!! Washer is quick and efficient and the dryer is off the chart amazing- quick, perfect clothes.

The price was very good on this set. Looked at other sets at different retailers. This was the best! Ordering was easy. Delivery and set up was awesome. Those guys did a fantastic job! I have always had good experiences with Best Buy.

I purchased this product to replace the one I had. The techs came in and unhooked the old and installed the new within minutes! They gave me a quick demonstration onhow to use. I love the product!

Decent dryer for the price. I feel like the sensor is a little sensitive though, as it will stop drying before everything in the load is dry. Also it seems to really struggle with comforters/bedspreads - I usually have to do 2-3 cycles to get it mostly (but almost never fully) dry

The main concern at this point is limited space in our utility room. We are unclear on what dryer exhaust tube we should purchase to be able to push dryer as far back against the wall as possible. Wish that the store would have given the best option for us at time of purchase and that it could have been installed with washer dryer.

The store is always great!! I I prefer the Modesto location. I really didn’t care for the delivery guys because they bent my pedestal connector parts, soo my dryer is not currently in a pedestal :(

Love the features on this dryer. Like the app that indicates when it’s finished. Also the smart diagnostic is pretty cool. Be sure to have your vents cleaned out. Keep getting codes for flow issues which I like but can be annoying.

I think you can change the defaults, but I haven't looked that closely yet. Definitely have to turn to the very dry setting if you want clothes dry, dry. Comforters have to be uncalled multiple times to dry. I've had worse dryers, but my old Samsung seemed like it worked better.

Have had this in my home for a month now and although I haven't played with all the features, it has done a good job drying my clothes and the buttons are clear. One complaint is that I haven't found a child lock mode on it yet, so my two-year-old likes to turn it on and off when he gets a chance.

Dries clothes. Matches our washer which is the top-rated washer by Consumer Reports. Easy to change the direction the door swings. Easy to install. Includes the drain hose (!) so the only thing we had to install was the power cord.

The first one, identical, didn't work. Didn't dry. Squealed. Brought it back and exchanged it for another which seems to be working. Too soon to tell if this one will keep working. Bought it because of its good reputation. The staff at Best Buy were really cooperative and helpful.

Best ever front loader. Keep the door on the built-in magnet when not in use and you will never encounter mildew in the machine. Wash cycles are well thought out and get the laundry clean. Love the wifi connection.

The dryer works great. The one flaw is that the LED panel is gray letters on black background which makes it difficult to read. I need to hold a lantern/light next to it so that I can read it clearly. I don't plan on using the wi-fi feature so I can't comment on how that part works.

It works is about all I can say. We ordered this even without seeing it on the floor (although the website indicated it was at the store!) because it didn’t have too many fancy features, like steam dry. We later found out that this model has been discontinued. We are very disappointed that the inside drum is a dark metal AND there is no interior light. The Sensor Dry functions do not work at all, so we use timed dry. There are only three temperature settings (low, medium, high) plus air dry. The touch sensitive control panel is not very touch sensitive.

This is my second dryer of this model. I bought one earlier this fall and liked it, so l purchased one for a second home. It does the job; however, dryers do not impress me as long as they work. Would recommend.

I am very happy with both my washer and dryer that I recently purchased. I love the features and options that is provides and would recommend to anyone on a budget looking for quality equipment.

I love this dryer and the wifi/app. It notifies me when loads are completed which it incredibly convenient! This is the second LG washer/dryer set we've had. If I had to buy a set tomorrow, it would be LG.

These machines run almost daily! Bought these because consumer report rated them very highly! I did get the extra warranty just in case. But they have been running great for a year now. No troubles.

This LG dryer is stackable, which is why we purchased it. We have used it often since purchase and recommend it to everyone. It's fairly quite and works the way you set it!

Have used LG washer and dryer products for the last several years so when I found the need to replace the washer dryer at another property I did not hesitate to do so with another LG combo.
