I stick with lg because of the quality and its easy

Seems to dry everything without excessive heat on the sensor settings

Only negative is that it does not get clothes completely dry during its first cycle

I would not purchase this dryer in the future. Too many settings thatvas gar as I can tell make little difference. Drying time fair but not very good. Clothing does not come out without wrinkles on most articles. Not a recommended purchase.

Washer works well but takes longer than old washer

The first delivery attempt of this dryer was a failed attempt. Apparently the disconnect (of steam hose) to dryer must be done in advance, though no instructions of this kind were available before delivery. The delivery crew asked repeatedly for tools to disconnect it (they had none in their truck?) and ultimately said they could not do it. I was told if I disconnected the hose, the dryer could be delivered and installed. I disconnected the hose, and rescheduled. Attempt at delivery two was a complete fiasco. Now I was told them venting connector would not work in the space and with the venting system in place. By phone I was also told by the Geek Squad that my ventilation system was "out of code". And yet a thorough review of the relevant state code described no such requirement for an appliance ventilation system. Indeed this venting system properly vented to the outside had been inspected two years earlier with no issues. It had worked well for years. In addition, this second crew was bossy and rude, ordering me around to do tasks for them and disparaging me for my efforts. Excuse me. This is my house and you are here to help me, not the the other way around. And by the way, this is also during a pandemic when letting strangers in the house is a big deal. They were told to leave. Ultimately a local appliance dealer delivered and installed the same dryer with no issues at all. If I could have given zero stars here I would have.

First load of various weights (per instructions) took over 90 minutes to dry. Over an hour to dry underwear/sheets so not sure the heating element is working correctly. Does have the eco setting which I used the first hour, but should have sensed (this was on) that the clothes were still quite damp. Just getting started with this one tho, so will either figure out settings or return.

It doesn’t dry that much after 1 year or maybe it’s my connection to the attic. Other than that it’s great

It’s elegant but the dryer stops before the time they put and the clothes are wet yet

It worked great for about a month after warranty, then it intermittently turns off. Repair guy came out (was super helpful and awesome) and even though he had to charge us for the visit, he was able to help by basically unplugging and replugging some internal components. This worked for a month, now the problem's back.

Product is good, but passed the deliver window. The customer service is okay to help.
