This is an OUTSTANDING washing machine! Very easy to use & clothes come out squeaky clean! Its nice to have smart features in this price range!

This dryer is effectuate in all ways it can. Works good, not loud like some and seems to be faster then most dryer I had prior.

My husband and I bought a stackable washer and dryer Nov. 9. We clearly stated the stackable that was showing as floor model. After multiple trips every week the wonderful delivery guys were finally able to set up properly on Dec. 3 First time they came they didn't have kit to make machines stackable. Store associate did not order. Second week, wrong kit. Told need to wait another week until part ordered. Took two weeks for that to come in. We assumed part would be in within a week not two. Biggest problem was because we started taking down shelving and cabinets in pantry and laundry area. We have larger freezer in pantry that was supposed to go next to washer/dryer in laundry area. Freezer was moved into eating area in kitchen, pantry and laundry shelving, cabinets, and items stacked around living room and parts of kitchen. We assumed we could put in more shelving and cabinets and have everything put back in order a week before Thanksgiving. We had family coming and staying over for Thanksgiving and were hosting dinner this year. We had no time to put everything back the way it was. Three people were able to sit at table which was jammed up against wall with freezer blocking any further seating, people sitting all around house with borrowed tv tables, and a few teens that didn't mind hanging out on cold deck. Thank goodness most of my family has a sense of humor. Finally got everything set up Dec. 3. Was told would be here on Dec. 1, but was pushed to the 3rd. Husband had to take day off to be here. This messed with my Christmas also since we weren't able to start putting cabinets and shelving up till two weekends before Christmas. I do a lot of baking and crafts with grandkids and work a full time job. All in all two very stressful holidays. Delivery guys were awesome and very apologetic. Not sure how I feel about Best Buy right now. We've been doing business with you for years with no problems. I'm still fresh with stress and anger right now to say. I'll need a new stove soon and my dishwasher is broken. I'll shop around a little harder this time. I'm always willing to give people another chance. Dryer is great and better than expected

I've always trusted lg brands for everything home and this one did not disappoint. Is modern, big, efficient and looks great

We began to use the dryer right after it was delivered Easy to use and quiet. Works well. Moisture detection is not as good as last dryer. it tends to over dry.

Easy to use, super quiet, dries even the largest loads well and is energy efficient. Great dryer for your home.

+: Does a good job drying. Its "less dry" setting is finally finding the sweet spot of not-overdrying, but not leaving things soaking. -: LG made this dryer, and its matching washer, cheaper than the 3400-series predecessors they were selling about three years ago. Cheaper buttons, flimsier panel, fewer modes. And -: No longer any interior light. Lights are nice to have. I believe this is mechanically-sound, but it is clear that LG is getting comfortable in their market-leading position, so making some cost-cutting moves that are clear to anyone who used their products in the past few years.

I have many pets, the self cleaning option helps me so much! Very easy to use, probably does more than I've even tried!

We’ve only had the dryer for a short time but we already like it. Quiet, multi-cycles. Good for all types of clothing.

i love it. it dries the clothes better. only takes one time through. my other one took 3 or more times to dry.

Everything we wanted in a dryer. Easy to operate, and plays the cutest sounds when a load is done and when you turn it on.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing the washer and dryer. Donald and Andrew were respectful and thorough in with the installation process. They made sure I was happy with the installation and knew how to operate the machines. I've used the LG washer and dryer and have been very pleased with my purchase. Ben was terrific in making the final sale. Hats off to Best Buy to make the best of a difficult time and still provide excellent customer service.
