    We love this washer dryer combination! It’s actually an updated model of another set we had for several years. The last set went through us having two teenage daughters and their multiple loads a week and now we have one of our daughters with our two grandkids here. Many loads a week. Our machines really get a work out.

    The dryer-DLEX4000 LG-white- is two years old. The white paint around the opening is all peeling off. It was suggested that for $30.00’s I can purchase from LG a touch up paint…that I can apply myself. I think this is a cheap product and do NOT. Recommend buying.

    I really am enjoying . It replaced a old small unit that was in my townhouse. It has great space inside and does a great job on my laundry. I would purchase again.

    Love my LG dryer. Best Buy was easy to work with (although it did take 3 wks. For delivery). But we liked our sales person. The delivery men were fast & efficient & very nice.

    Purchased this dryer along with the matching washing machine. Both products work great. Our old dryer was not drying our clothes all of the way. We have not had a single issue with this dryer.

    Love LG products and this did not disappoint. I love that you can leave the washer door sightly open and it will stay in place so the rubber ring and drum do not collect mildew/ mold. I ordered this online and Best Buy delivery and communication was frequent, timely and very appreciated. The delivery men were courteous and followed covid protocol.

    the dryer itself if in good working order, the delivery was not completed, i paid for a steam kit to be delivered and installed, nether happened, i went to the store three days after and let them know, they said corporate would reach out to fix this, theyve called me 4 times, ive called them all back and just get voicemail with zero return calls.. been over a month now!

If you haven't already, we recommend calling Best Buy customer service at 888-237-8289 to discuss your concerns and find solutions.

      Once your steam kit is ready, ensure the dryer is connected to a cold water supply line using the Y-connector included. This will enable the steam functions.     Good dryer, but the choice by LG to make the "cool" setting mandatory at the end of the cycle was not a good one. If the energy saver option is on, with the cooling, our clothes were cold when we took out. Turning off the energy saver helps that, so guess we are forced to pay more electricity.

    Only had this dryer for close to a month works well very quiet many features like the way the washer/dryer communicate thru WiFi & the LG, wifey loves it to so far so good. Replaced an older model lg dryer that I’ve had and used for many many years loved that one to, hoping this one will last just as long as the last one. LG really make life good.

    We bought our stackable washer and dryer approximately 2 years ago. As of this review, we have had no issues with our appliances. I've probably ruined our luck, but I would highly recommend this item.

    Functional and aesthetically appealing. Huge upgrade from our old dryer that made a ton of noise. This one is very quiet and efficient. Love that it’s “smart” and notifies me when done via app so I don’t forget about it. Only con is the wrinkle guard doesn’t work- made more wrinkles in my chiffon fabric

    Nice and sleek. I love how quiet it is! This is the first dryer in 10+ years that I have that doesn't need to be run twice to dry. I love it. Had for about a month.
