I wish the door can be ordered to open a specific way as I don’t want to try changing it myself due to the seal from the factory. The delivery took only 15 mins from unpacking OUTSIDE my house (so the packaging doesn’t get all over my house) to setting up and even testing.

Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service

We tried to hook up the steam line but had leaking so use without it. Would give all stars but you can’t adjust the dryer temp with all settings, only the timed dry. Still a great dryer, bought the set.

Dries well and I like the flow indicator which monitors vent efficiency. So nice looking I wish I could drive it around and show it off.

There haven’t been any other issues and it’s a very nice dryer and love the design.
