I’m giving this 5 stars as far long as we have had it. For a a month and a half it has been the best set as we purchased the pair separately. We bought the dryer first and loved it so we bought the washer as well. So so good. Would recommend to all!

Spacious!! Love the fact that you can control it with the app

I love this dryer. My last set was 8 years old and kept breaking down. It's been really nice to have a reliable dryer, but what's more is that the clothes actually feel much softer too. Only criticism is that the "normal dry" setting doesn't dry clothes quite enough to my liking, so I often set it to extra dry.

Functional and aesthetically appealing. Huge upgrade from our old dryer that made a ton of noise. This one is very quiet and efficient. Love that it’s “smart” and notifies me when done via app so I don’t forget about it. Only con is the wrinkle guard doesn’t work- made more wrinkles in my chiffon fabric

Love our LG thinq front loading smart dryer. Connect to wifi and thinq app and operate remotely. Get notifications when completed drying and other notifications.

Only had the dryer for a few weeks yet, but so far so good. Love the capacity and the drying options. Only down side is the the sensor for drying amount has gotten "confused" perhaps once or twice by a very mixed load: the dryer sensed the bedding was all dry when there were still a few damp spots.

I really am enjoying . It replaced a old small unit that was in my townhouse. It has great space inside and does a great job on my laundry. I would purchase again.

Love my LG dryer. Best Buy was easy to work with (although it did take 3 wks. For delivery). But we liked our sales person. The delivery men were fast & efficient & very nice.

Great dryer. The connected app is fantastic as well as we can get alerts when to move laundry, or service the machine directly to our phone without listening for the chime from the actual washer. The extra wrinkle guard feature after a cycle has finished is very helpful in case we can't empty the dryer immediately.

Purchased this dryer along with the matching washing machine. Both products work great. Our old dryer was not drying our clothes all of the way. We have not had a single issue with this dryer.

This dryer is amazing!!!!! My parents love it!!! They say its quiet and it doesn't cause the room its in to be hot like the old one they had which caused the AC to run all day. LG has the best brand in appliances and is better than all other brands available out there!!!! You're money will be invested wisely with LG :)

Nice dryer. I have used some of the options that I did not think I would use. The app for phone is good. Keep me informed when your load is done. I will us this often. Clothes come out nice. Only disappointing thing was the delivery and hook up. They did not hook up the steam hose and the exhaust vent fell off. I fixed it myself.

Upgraded from a 10-year-old LG dryer. I love the look of the new appliance and thus far about four months into owning it, the appliance works flawlessly and is much more efficient.

This replaced my Kenmore dryer. All I can say is that LG stepped up their game on this set. The steam functions are nice. The only thing I don’t get is the wifi. You still have to be near the dryer in order to use it affectively. It’s nice to get a notification when a cycle is done, but not necessarily a must have function
