    We bought our stackable washer and dryer approximately 2 years ago. As of this review, we have had no issues with our appliances. I've probably ruined our luck, but I would highly recommend this item.

    It took me a while to figure out all the different cycles, and how to use them for different types of wash, but now I'm very pleased with the way everything comes out of the dryer just the way I want it to!

    Purchased about 60 days ago. Very efficient and quick. Have cut drying time by at least 15-20 minutes per load. Like the ThinQ options. The only negative is that the door doesn't open 180 degrees.

    I like everything the wifi it tells you when to clean and do maintenance i get notifications that the washer and dryer are done and am still learning more about them.

    It’s a very handsome machine. It looks great in my garage where it’s been sitting for over a month now FEET away from basement where it should have been installed A MONTH AGO. How does the expression go?.....How many Geek Squads visits does it take to install a new washer or dryer? Answer: 4 & counting

    Good dryer, but the choice by LG to make the "cool" setting mandatory at the end of the cycle was not a good one. If the energy saver option is on, with the cooling, our clothes were cold when we took out. Turning off the energy saver helps that, so guess we are forced to pay more electricity.

    I bought the washer and dryer and both are amazing. Unfortunately, the hose for the washer was defective and I got told that they needed to replace the washer. Best Buy acted fast and the same day they picked up the washer and the next day I had a temporary washer and now just waiting for my actual washer.

    Looks and works great. It has a wide variety of customizable drying modes. It has a steam feature I haven't used yet. Neither have I used its app. Another plus is that it is very quiet - unless you are drying something with metal buttons.

    This is a great dryer. The different drying options are great. I just wish that this model of had the drying rack option so I could dry clothing or shoes flat. But not a deal breaker. The ability to connect the dryer to the LG ThinQ app is a great plus. Highly recommended!

    The dryer-DLEX4000 LG-white- is two years old. The white paint around the opening is all peeling off. It was suggested that for $30.00’s I can purchase from LG a touch up paint…that I can apply myself. I think this is a cheap product and do NOT. Recommend buying.
