    Love it. Very quiet. Links to your phone to control it. Very pretty. I did not like the non installation of the duct I ordered. Technician refused to remove old and install new one

    Nothing wrong with the dryer, but the flow sense indicator came on a few days after installation. We called Best Buy to come out and fix. They gave us an appointment that was more than two weeks out. Very poor.

    Great washer, easy to use with a lot of functionality. The tub is large and you can fit a lot in plus it really does a good job of looking after your clothes and making sure they come out nice and clean but also refreshed. LG does a great job on their washers and dryers so you really can’t go wrong

    Both the washer and dryer work great, I’ve had them for just over a month and so far I haven’t had any issues. They are truly “smart” the sensing of clothes to time the wash/dry work amazing and all the different options/settings work as they are meant to.

    Wonderful dryer! Great match for the washer, the app is amazing! Knowing how much longer the load has left (or if it's done) and the push notification is amazing. Same as the washer, it is a bit heavy, so moving it is a challenge, but once it's in place it's perfect. Gets clothes dry on round 1.

    This is our second LG dryer-we just replaced an 8 year old model. It is a substantial improvement in speed of drying. My only criticism is the fit of the dryer door-it looks like it's not completely closed when you shut the door.

    The dries well but the cycles are about double the wash cycles so you are waiting on the dryer to finish

    Now that I have had this for a while I have to say I love it. I love that it has all the settings that I need. It takes a while and it’s not really smart in the point that you do have to turn the power on in order to start it. So the smart feature is dumb in that since.

    This is a "Must Have" partner to the accompanying Washer. Washer on Left, Dryer on Right. Wash, open door, move clothes to right. Easy Peasy. Intuitive Controls, except for "extra cycles (rinse)" which is easy one you figure it out. Great Job. Works as expected. Relatively Quiet!

    Bought this to pair with the washer. Have only had a good experience. Wifi was a pain to setup but nothing to stress over. Very large drum and a lot of options that I didn’t think would get used but turns out I like them. Bestbuy did a good job hooking it up and moving it in.

    Love the steam features! It has 2 steam featyres: one quick 3 to 10min cycle and one longer, 30min cycle. Also has anti wrinkle which is nice
