    Works great, but occasionally stops drying cycle with error message related to out vent back pressure too high. Frustrating b/c the line is clear (it's brand new!), and has few turns. The sensitivity of this sensor and error message seems too high. But overall, very happy with the dryer.

    Nice large capacity dryer with plenty of different options. If you also have the LG washer then you can set the washer via the LG app which will automatically set the dryer settings

    Best Buy customer service is terrible, delivery canceled by them day of, was promised compensation after delivery, product was delivered dented I accepted 65$ compensation for that wasn’t a big deal . Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service
