    Love the washer. Cleans really well, good cycle time and very quiet. I wish I saved my previous setting for my wash load but other than that it’s great!

    BEWARE ordering appliances from Best Buy. I had ordered an electrolux set snd wsiting a month only to have it delivered damaged. Then had no choice but to deliver the LG bc thaf wsd the only one in stock. They delivered it pedestal was debted and scratched my floors. First night using my dryer the fumes were terrible and my entire laundry room steamed up. The vent was not even hooked up and it was completely bent

    the dryer itself if in good working order, the delivery was not completed, i paid for a steam kit to be delivered and installed, nether happened, i went to the store three days after and let them know, they said corporate would reach out to fix this, theyve called me 4 times, ive called them all back and just get voicemail with zero return calls.. been over a month now!

If you haven't already, we recommend calling Best Buy customer service at 888-237-8289 to discuss your concerns and find solutions.

      Once your steam kit is ready, ensure the dryer is connected to a cold water supply line using the Y-connector included. This will enable the steam functions.     Very happy with functions and capacity - sensor seems a little off in that I do need to adjust the programming to have it dry the clothes a little more before it automatically turns off.
