    Very happy with my recent purchase as always when purchase appliance price,value ,appearance and customer service . All were exceptionall. I did however had an issue with the delivery which resulted in having to reschedule delivery which is the second problem I had with best buy delivery personnel on a previous purchase.

    This is the best dryer I have ever had. Its sensor for when things are dry is perfect. I had it stacked on top of the matching washer, and the controls are still easy to see and set, even though I am only 5'5".

    The dryer has the features I was looking for. When it was installed it did not come with the hose for the steam feature. I even called before the delivery and was told it would be on the truck at the time of delivery but it wasn't.

    I also have the washer, they are compatible, that means the dryer knows which cycle was used for washing and recommends a cycle. Moreover it is connected to the app. Just love this dryer.

    Love our LG appliances and the dryer is no exception. Plenty of option for the vent which is great. Steam option is cool but is cold only. You will need to run. Dry cycle after which i feel should run automatically.

    Nothing wrong with the dryer, but the flow sense indicator came on a few days after installation. We called Best Buy to come out and fix. They gave us an appointment that was more than two weeks out. Very poor.

    This a fantastic dryer and looks great in black steel. Very elegant with many features. The built-in AI auto-adds time if it detects clothes are still wet. Great feature. Only thing I would tell LG is to improve the steam feature.

    I’m really pleased with my new washer and dryer.. I can’t believe that in less than 30 min I have my clothes washed.. with my old model I spent 1 hour or more waiting for the washer to finish. The dryer works pretty well!

    This washer/dryer combo is AMAZING! Total satisfaction so far - our clothes are cleaner faster, and with less energy cost. We had to fit these in a tight space that was built around the previous washer/dryer, and the fit worked out great.

    The dryer is awesome to look at. Once again has the steam option which keeps the dryer vent tube clear of lint. The only thing that I would like to see changed would be you have to manually turn the LED drum light on.

    Great dryer delicate on my clothes and doesn’t over dry. I’m still learning all the settings but overall it is great!

    Great Dryer. We purchased the set and the Washing Machine may be delivered on Monday, nearly a month late. Installation was easy although the Washer was damaged and we refused delivery, why pay full price for a second.
