As my washer and dryer set up, I find that the doors are opposite of each other and not only can I not go with my clothes straight from my washer to my dryer, without manipulating myself in my clothes around the dryer door, but the doors are going to hit and will break since they are Glass glass. I could move them but the washer drain hose doesn’t reach. I bought the extension hose suggested by Best Buy and the geek squad employee wouldn’t install. Guess I will have to return this it

Dryer isn't 'SMART'...

It has a sensor that determines when my clothes are dry. Guess what? They are ALWAYS slightly wet when it determines the drying cycle is over! So annoying! Turn it back on and finish, you say? Ha! Think again...it will run for 60 seconds and then turn off again! 4 hours to get a load dry! All in the name of 'smart dryers'! Garbage!

Horrible install

Stuck foot I washer to try to pull stacking it off of the unit that was not installed properly

Terrible experience with this dryer

The first two deliveries were unsuccessful as the dryers simply wouldn’t turn on. It was bizarre. I didn’t know if it was the incompetence of the delivery guys or if it was LG’s issue. Third delivery was fine but fast forward a few weeks and the dryer started malfunctioning (sparking, making a weird sound). I think this means it’s an LG issue. I am honestly not sure how to handle this. But I am exhausted. I hope Best Buy / LG can make this right. I just want my money back and for them to haul it away. What a train wreck.

Worst installers!

I have my own LG pedestals that are 15 years old but like new. When the installers arrived, they said the installations on the pedestals weren't on the order and refused to install. I started to call Best Buy and they changed the reason and said the pedestals were not compatible and left. I complained to Best Buy and a new crew was sent. They arrived and said they weren't compatible and left. I ended up hiring two men to come and install the washer and dryer on the pedestals WHICH ARE COMPATIBLE. I had to pay people to do Best Buy's job. VERY DISSATISFIED with service. Service people are just downright lazy! I am not recommending this item because I can't recommend Best Buy. I have spent hours on the phone and in the store trying to correct problems with 3 items and my account in general, to no avail.

Bad dryer. DO NOT BUY

You have to run it 20-30 minutes more after finishing a hour long dry cycle. Despite installing brand new clean vents, this dryer does not dry well at all. Very unhappy

NEVER BUY THIS DRYER FROM BEST BUYER

But didn't expect Best Buy to be worse. Getting Error Codes non stop. Called Geek squad and they took 4 weeks to respond then claimed could not fix problem but now past return date and Best Buy refused to make a return. They asked me to call manufacturer. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy an appliance again.

Order mix-up.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A total failure: Initially, it was out fault that we ordered an electric dryer, when the bestbuy guys tried to deliver, they saw the gas line, so we rushed back to the bestbuy store and tried switching for a gas dryer, but, confusion ensued when the the bestbuy guy called saying he's on his way to install the electric dryer. It turned out, the electric dryer we initially ordered got replaced with the same electric dryer. through emails and calls, we're finally able to order the gas dryer which is due in november. I have asked the bestbuy guys to pick up the electric dryer since its sitting in the middle of my garage, but i guess they'll pick it up when the gas dryer order arrives in november.....

Doesn't dry your clothes

Since the day it arrived and was installed it gives me the d90 or d95 error even though the is no lint or blockage in the duct. I have to run it 3 or 4 times to get mostly dry clothes.

LG washer

Takes 2 hours or more. Other times it does just fine. Would not consider buying an LG product again. Bought the washer and dryer as well as a television. Worst brand I have ever purchased.

Dubious Quality

Whenever I run this machine on high temperature, the laundry room gets very humid. It looks like a bathroom after someone took a shower. There is a mirror in the room, and the mirror fogs up. After competing a dry cycle, I noticed lint covering the laundry room like snow. It was on top of the washer and dryer and even on the baseboards. I’m wondering if the dryer door is properly closed while it’s running. Very disappointed and stressful.

Worst product purchase experience.

Best Buy and LG were horrible about supporting it. D90 error every time almost. Even after cleaning ducts. I have found myself it seems to be a software and a workaround with a specific setting. Never buying an LG appliance again and never buying another appliance from Best Buy again. They simply do not care …
