    Product is great. My problem was waiting a month to get them. The delivered got canceled 3 times. Manager gave me discounts for the inconvenience.

    LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Dryer

    The dryer unit was delivered with a sizeable dent and we are awaiting replacement. The unit makes a loud noise when running but it could be a result of the dent. On the plus side it has a number of cycles and turns itself off when the clothes are dry.

    I dont like how they are touch instead of actual button you push to turn off and on. Ive accidentally walked by and barely touched button with my body or arms and have turned them on many times

    We did our research and set everything up to have the washer and dryer installed and old appliances removed. When the guys came to install they said they needed different parts than they had on them. They seemed confused then decided they couldn’t do it. We bought the set to replace a stacked set of the same size in a cabinet. The cabinet was definitely built first, so the old set was installed in the space as it is. They said we would have to take apart the cabinetry before they could install, and also tried to say the set wouldn’t fit, even though the dimensions are smaller than what we are replacing. They wanted to leave new appliances but we dont have a garage or anywhere to store them so they finally agreed to take them back. Everyone was nice but the situation was stressful and we couldn’t afford to replace our cabinetry so we ended up cancelling the whole order. I’m wondering now if the install team just wanted an easier job. We seriously considered taking apart our kitchen. Still feeling stressed and unsure how to replace our washer and it needs replaced asap. Unfortunately, the deal we got over Black Friday is also gone. Very stressful and made me lose trust in purchasing from anyone who uses a third party installer. I have no way to know if they are good but I’m hoping to buy them again eventually.

    Disappointed with LG Washer

    Shakes violently. So badly I’m scared to run it. I’ve ran it twice. I double checked level and not wobbly. Everything as far as level and flush to the floor is perfect. It makes a rubbing sound at startup. It damaged my dryer in its violent shaking fit

    Never Use Best Buy! Terrible Customer Service!!!

    They installed both washer and dryer, crushed/flattened the rear heat vent, broke the water valve inside and outside the house. We paid a $900.00 plumber repair bill to correct it all. No word from Corporate.

    Wobbling dryer door

    This dryer door wobbles, the same reason that I had to return the first one. The guys that install the machine claimed that it’s the way it is with all the dryer product for that model.

    I can't wait to get rid of this dryer. The first one arrived but never dried anything. We exchanged it for another one, new one works but the only feature that drys clothes is "power dry", all other modes will just leave clothes a soggy mess. LG support has been useless and refuses to do anything about the unit.

However, if other cycles are consistently leaving clothes damp, it could be related to the automatic sensor drying system not detecting moisture correctly. This can sometimes happen if the moisture sensors inside the drum are not clean. We recommend wiping down the sensor bars located just inside the drum opening with a soft cloth and a bit of white vinegar to remove any buildup from dryer sheets or fabric softener, which can interfere with accurate readings.

    Unit was DOA and Best Buy drops the ball

    I have no idea if the dryer is any good. The installer could not get it to power on. As he left he was on the phone to someone initiating a unit exchange. He said someone would be in touch. 11 days later I have to call Best Buy to find out what's going on. This initiates the actual exchange process as they had no record of the failure. The soonest exchange will be next Tuesday, so not too bad. Luckily we aren't living in the house at the moment but it would be nice if people would do what they say they are going to do.

    I bought this open box and the tag said excellent condition. Well I traveled 2 1/2 hours to pick it up curbside and when I got home and unraveled it I noticed a dent on the top right side. The dryer looked brand new, but when I started it up it sounded like a college marching band. I am not disappointed with LG cause this is an excellent dryer I do believe, but Best Buy is wrong for saying this dryer was in excellent condition. So the rating is for Best Buy open box products and not the dryer itself.

    Bad purchase

    Fourth day of use and it doesn't dry anymore. The Normal drying cycle says 57 minutes, now it changed to 41 minutes ????? The Fan cycle turns off in 1 minute. I was denied LG warranty by LG 09/03/24. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. product purchased at Best Buy 08/15/24 BAD PURCHASE
