Fantastic upgrade from an outdated dryer! Clothes come out completely dry in about 30 minutes!

Pros: Easy to use. Variety of selections to meet your needs. Cons: Exterior finish scratches easily

Great Dryer! Love the quality and how simple it is to operate, I also love that it has a light inside the drum so I can see if I left anything inside! This time I did my research and found out that this is one of the top brands in the market today! Very happy with my purchase!

Sometimes doesn’t dry comforter all the way but it’s not concerning. On all other loads the dry sensor is perfect. I wish it didn’t ask me to clean the filter every time. It should have a sensor at least when I have pulled it out. I love the capacity. I also like the app very much. It tells the time remaining and also energy consumption.

Great dryer! The app is awesome it gives you a smart diagnosis, remote start and notifies when it is done drying. Clothes are always dry but never burning hot.

Nice machine! Glad I got it. I like the app associated with the washer / dryer... Overall is Faster, Better, Quicker then my previous front loader.... although I have had for only a month, so far very happy.

Nice LG dryer with a wide selection of options, although we use "normal" 90% of the time. Reasonably quiet. Steam function did a good job on wrinkles in a duvet cover. Dellivery was on schedule and the technicians knew what they were doing.

First LG I've owned but cleaned much better than my Samsung set. Fairly quiet and easy to use.

Great unit, bluetooth features are great. Best Buy did not stand behind the Best Buy Price Match though, very disappointing, bad for business when I was told by the phone customer service rep that I would receive the Price Match difference.

Works very well, dries effectively. The fact that you can remote control it from a mobile app is pretty cool. Very modern look.

So far so good. It’s way quieter than my previous dryer (Samsung). I love the features on it like the AI. I have couch covers for my dogs and my old dryer never completely dried them. I would have to do several cycles. However using the AI feature it dried 2 covers one time.

Works better than advertised. . Easy to program and very stylish! The LG app is easy to use.

We had a similar LG dryer before this one, and we like this one even better. The best part was how the Geek Squad got the installation right in a challenging tight space. No dust, no vibration. Wish we had chosen Best Buy with our first dryer.

I have always been pleased with Best Buy. Associates are helpful, knowledgeable and provide excellent service. It is the delivery that usually causes me issues. This would be 5 stars on the product, but the unit came damaged and I think that happened from truck to location. Yes, Best Buy is addressing appropriately, but why do I have to go through a few rounds to get this right?

So far, I love this dryer! It’s quite, It has the steam option that is fantastic for refreshing and sanitizing things. It heats really well and has lots of options for drying items by the material and type of item. I also love the look.

Like the washer i bought with this, very easy to use and im really happy with it. The ThinQ app is a nice little bonus. Only issue i have is the drum is large and its hard to get clothes out. I didnt buy the stand.

Absolutely love this dryer. I bought it as part of a set and I have had zero issues with it at all. Very quiet and has several different settings for all different loads.
