The only issue was that the steam feature on the dryer we ordered was supposed to have reservoir but instead the dryer we received requires a hook up from our water line. Which I am not keen on, so that's why I did not give 5 stars.

I am happy with the build quality and the new tech features this machine has to offer. the AI drying is very neat.

Then come to find out that it was rescheduled on day of delivery. Ticked me off so I canceled the order. Too bad for Best Buy. But it’s ok my old dryer still works.

Had this installed last week and it has been a major improvement over last washer and dryer. My only issue is the installer didn't install the steam hose for the dryer.

Needing to adjust some options because my normal cycle still had clothes a little damp at times. The dryer door does not have a tight seal and lint is collecting on the bottom gasket of the door which doesn’t seem right to me. I was told this is the way it was suppose to be. If I decide to keep this model I hope this doesn’t cause future problems.
