    So far so good. Ive been looking for this dryer for some months and it has performed as expected. Open Box so the price was a bonus!!!

    Bought to pair with the washer as we were really just replacing our old LG washer. App/wifi setup was flakey for some reason where the washer had no trouble. My main issue is the door latch is loose. Either the latch pin needs to be shorter or the female end on the dryer needs to be deeper. LG had a tech come out and and after talking with LG on the phone the consensus is they don't have a fix...yet. I imagine there will be many more complaints and eventually a fix, but this should have never passed QC.

    What an upgrade to our old LG washer. This new was has some great features like LG ThinQ app. Which will send reminders, but my favorite is the dryer’s ability to detect a blockage on the vent line. This feature has made us aware and we have made some adjustments to the vent line and improved the drying cycle. The steam feature is also really nice. Dryer finish Tones are also very pleasant

    Love the new dryer. So far only used it a handful of times but has great features, informative phone app and links to Alexa. Now I have no excuse knowing when my clothes are complete and ready to be folded. Even has a delay feature so I can keep clothes wrinkle free. My older dryer took 3 cycles to dry anything and this does it every time in 1 cycle. Always been a Kenmore, GE or Maytag owner and was nervous to move to this brand. So far, so good. Best Buy was wonderful and very quick to get installed- Installer team was professional and respectful of property
