Defective Unit

While I have been a great fan of LG washer/dryer in the past, they have certainly come down a notch or two in their quality and service. I believe this is one of those newer units that probably still needs a lot of testing; they delivered a defective unit to me. It's been over two weeks since I received delivery of this unit and between LG and Best Buy Total Tech they haven't been able to fix the issue or provide a replacement unit so far. I am looking forward to their next appointment that is scheduled a week and a half away out - that would make it 25 days since I first took delivery of the defective unit and hopefully getting it up and running.
I will put LG back on the list of suspect brands to watch out for after this experience!

Dryer Quit After 7 years

Our LG DLex model dryer quit heating and drying after only 7 years. Disappointing
