However, when they aren’t completely dry and I attempt to restart or put the clothes in for an additional 10-15 minutes, it never finishes the cycle. It will run for 1-2 minutes then stop.

Smart or not, I'm the boss and I'm smarter.

They work great, not noisy, clothes come out great. I love being able to have an app where I can controll when I start a load or to stop it remotely. It lets me know when each load is done.

One small complaint is that the lint catcher is not designed well. Sometimes it catches the fabric sheet and shreds it during a cycle. When you pull the lint catcher out to clean, the spring loaded flap pulls lint off the mesh
