    Two LG gas dryers, not heating.

    I had two LG gas dryers delivered, none of those worked. The installer of the second one was so lazy, there are no words for him. He didn't even installed it properly, twice. He was leaving the whole tube rolled in the back of the dryer , so there was no way that it could work properly. After I requested he cut it, he left a whole piece plastered inside the tube. With people like that working for you, (I know he is not an employee) your name and reputation really suffers. At least with me. It was an insult to us, your customers.

    as a washing machine, the dryer quality is worst too after couple months of usingr when it starts working machine makes weird sound during rotation. Best Buy changed everything and fixed this during 1,5 month

    No easy to use. Don’t come with instructions. It takes too long to wash cycles. Lacks control over ride for setting on cycles. For example if you set it to one of the preset cycles but want to use hot water instead of warm it doesn’t allow it I like my old washer better

    You delivery system suck I waited more than a month for a dryer. When it’s time to deliver I received no call coming from you saying that the call was canceled then you tell me I have to wait another week. So far your geek squad gets a grade “D”

    Been nothing but trouble! Best Buy delivered the wrong gas dryer orifice. Now it stops with a d 80,90,95 code which indicates blockage but I have none. Best Buy came out once and still doesn’t work properly.

    My new washer was installed and was obviously broken. Not given a quality check before it was delivered. The new dryer works. No working washer during the holidays. Still waiting on another one to be delivered and installed.

    How can I review something I never got? Your installers refused to install it, then refused to come back. Juan Cisneros should be fired.

      If using the Normal cycle, deselect the ENERGY SAVER option. The Energy Saver option is selected by default. This option reduces energy use by adding an air dry section to the beginning of the cycle. It is normal to feel no heat at the beginning of the cycle while in ENERGY SAVER mode.

      Also you may want to considering adding wool dryer balls to your load, they do a great job keeping your clothing separated allowing for better air circulation. ^Jennifer LG

    Great gas dryer

    Purchased an open box because we needed a gas dryer unexpectedly and it's been great. It's very quiet and dries perfectly. Especially nice was they loaded it into our truck for us at the store.

    Good looking large dryer. Dries clothes fast and quiet. Paid $699 for it. I thought it was a great price for an LG dryer.

    This is an excellent dryer. You can set it with an app. It dries clothes very well. Set up was easy and its stackable. I love the many features and how quiet it runs. This was an excellent choice for us. And Best Buy made it better with a great price.

    Stopped Drying Clothes in "Normal" Default Setting

    The dryer worked well for about 7 months, occasionally leaving some clothes damp on normal cycle, but nothing surprising. Then, it started leaving clothes completely wet in normal cycle. I noticed that it defaults to "Energy Saver" mode when selecting Normal dry cycle. I must manually change the dry level to get the energy saver light to turn off and dry the clothes. Not sure what changed, but I didn't change anything on my end. I had an older LG model for 10 years and it worked flawlessly.

    I only bought LG because it’s one of the on.y brands available. As expected, it’s total junk. Have owned if for a few hours and it’s already squeaking. Can hear the hamster wheel running from across the house.
