    Clothes Remain Wet- Sensor Issues

    So we’ve had this for about a month now. The delivery was A Plus, and Best Buy was great. The reason for the 2 stars is that the dryer senses that clothes are dry and the heat sensor turns off and the clothes remain wet. Not sure if there is a setting to change this but it happens on every load. You’ll have to run the cycle 2-3 times to get all your clothes dry

    Does Not Heat Up, even after 5-6 Service Requests

    We keep getting an error code on the dryer and have gone through the troubleshooting guide. A service tech has been to our house 5 times now, and we have done everything they told us to, and they have replaced the motor, but it's still happening, and worse now. The company in my area they contract with was helpful in the beginning, but now is starting to go downhill. First they show up and wait 2 minutes before leaving, and he didn't even attempt to call me (my kids were being loud and I couldn't get to the door fast enough). Then the next time, a different tech didn't make it at all, but he did call me to let me know. Then the 3rd time he doesn't show up and doesn't call, so we leave for a trip. He ends up showing up 1.5 hours past the wait window, but since we weren't home, he says we declined the service and cancelled the request. I just want a working dryer!!!! We don't have time to keep waiting at home for service techs to not show up. We both work full time. This is getting ridiculous! And it's wasting energy because we have to run the dryer multiple times for each load before it will actually heat up and dry out clothes. We have 2 toddlers, for Christs sake, we don't have time for this!!

    Could dry better

    On NORMAL setting it doesn't dry the load completely during the cycle and I have to add extra time. I'm disappointed in LG.

    Very poor quality dryer. I bought it because It was recommended that I purchase an LG. The dryer NEVER fully dries the clothes. It leaves a strong mildew smell. I would not recommend to anyone. FYI, I recently purchased it in September less 6 months ago and I have been having problems with the dryer since the very first day. DO NOT BUY

    Delivered yesterday, no heat. Back today, no heat. Now we have to wait until Tuesday for a new dryer to be delivered. I’ll revisit this review if the next one works.

    Absolutely do not buy this. The lint trap doesn’t catch anything so the vent gets clogged frequently. Takes 2 cycles to get even a small load completely dry. Not to mention absolutely terrible customer service on Best Buy’s end and it took 4 different deliveries for us to even get the order right. We will probably be retiring these.

    Cool dry only no heat

    So far it's only dryed one load of clothes and will not leave cool dry no heat gas is on and plugged in and properly vented the manual is vague

    Two LG gas dryers, not heating.

    I had two LG gas dryers delivered, none of those worked. The installer of the second one was so lazy, there are no words for him. He didn't even installed it properly, twice. He was leaving the whole tube rolled in the back of the dryer , so there was no way that it could work properly. After I requested he cut it, he left a whole piece plastered inside the tube. With people like that working for you, (I know he is not an employee) your name and reputation really suffers. At least with me. It was an insult to us, your customers.

    Wrinkles, wrinkles and more wrinkles

    Dryer does dry the clothes, however, they don’t get the wrinkles out. Every load is wrinkled, even if removed immediately after drying or just before it was complete.

    Very Dissapoint !

    I bought this product during the pandemic. However, the quality was really poor and the dryer never functioned properly. When I attempted to have it repaired, the customer service over the phone was terrible.

    No easy to use. Don’t come with instructions. It takes too long to wash cycles. Lacks control over ride for setting on cycles. For example if you set it to one of the preset cycles but want to use hot water instead of warm it doesn’t allow it I like my old washer better

    as a washing machine, the dryer quality is worst too after couple months of usingr when it starts working machine makes weird sound during rotation. Best Buy changed everything and fixed this during 1,5 month

    You delivery system suck I waited more than a month for a dryer. When it’s time to deliver I received no call coming from you saying that the call was canceled then you tell me I have to wait another week. So far your geek squad gets a grade “D”

    Been nothing but trouble! Best Buy delivered the wrong gas dryer orifice. Now it stops with a d 80,90,95 code which indicates blockage but I have none. Best Buy came out once and still doesn’t work properly.

    This was a flop. The drum cracked just after a year... And i notice other people in other outside reviews have said the same thing.

    Doesn’t dry well

    Doesn’t dry very good, have to run it 2-3 times wasting gas and electric. Did troubleshooting and still won’t dry very well? I’m staying away from lg brand after this purchase

    Broken washer

    My new washer was installed and was obviously broken. Not given a quality check before it was delivered. The new dryer works. No working washer during the holidays. Still waiting on another one to be delivered and installed.
