The fanciest appliance I've ever owned! So far it has worked great.

This dryer is much slower than our previous one (a Kenmore). Even when set to “Very Dry,” clothes come out damp and require an extended time. The front panel is not illuminated and is difficult to see, even in good light.

I went yo Pacific Sales inside Best Buy Mission Valley to look for a dryer and a microwave. Both Rosalee and Robert were very attentive and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in purchasing. They took considerable time looking up availability and I purchased a dryer.

I was torn between two highly rated basic models, the Maytag or this LG. The Maytag had a longer motor warranty but was basic. My wife said from the '60s. She won. She wanted something more modern looking. Has a few extra unwanted bells and whistles, but overall a very good value.

This is a good product, but it was too small for the needs of my situation. But I returned it without any problems or any questions asked. Sales person was very nice and pleasant.

Love this gas dryer, it has lots of convenient options for different cycles. My favorite is the small load, I use it all the time and saves money on energy. Highly recommended.

We replaced our old gas with a new LG DLG3601W model. Very happy with the product - it’s easy to use, can be connected with phone via WiFi, most importantly this appliance use less gas/electricity than a comparable dryer (electric). Overall very satisfied.

Best Buy delivery department sucks they don’t do work that only reason I cancelled my order too after waiting for one month too I am never going to order anything from them too.

Consumer Reports gave the LG products better ratings than many of the other company's products. This is a replacement for an older LG that we worked to death drying daily loads of laundry while my mother-in-law lived with us.

We have a large family and do a lot of laundry. Some loads are a combination of tee shirts and jeans, socks and toddler pajamas. When we use "normal" load (and for us it's a normal load) the tee shirts some of the pajamas come out dry, but the jeans and socks have to go back in because they're not dry. The instruction manual says these things should go in on a heavy duty setting, but then we would need to separate into two smaller loads and spend more time in the laundry room, because there will probably be 4 more loads after that to get through. Wishing now I had gone with a simpler machine with less settings like our old work horse.

Front load LG washer. Does an excellent job washing small delicate items to large heavy loads. I’ve read reviews where people have complained about smelling an odor, but I haven’t had that problem.
