I purchased this item due to a very positive experience with an LG washer and dry combo that I purchased 13 years ago. That set survived a family of 8! Even though they were still operating, it was time for a fresh set.

First set of brand new washer and dryer I've ever owned. It serves it's purpose. Haven't given me problems since. Wish I got a bigger capacity set for thicker king size comforters.

It was a little complicated to learn , you don't expect a washing machine to be difficult to use. I did not know I needed high efficiency detergent either. Maybe the salesman should mention some of these things?

I completely recommend this dryer to anyone who is looking for something in between value and performance. Great for basic drying needs but also has enough custom settings to fit special needs.

Purchased Panasonic 2 Unit desk phone. Main reason was to replace older unit that was 15 years old. Batteries were getting expensive to replace for old phone. Decided to go for newer technology.

The washing machine work fine. It's not too hard to use. It doesn't get a lot of constant us, so I'm not sure about it for the long haul but the few times I've used it, it's done fine.

Bought a new house and couldn't fit the old machine in so I had help selecting a new machine from the Best Buy advisor. She did good. I am very pleased with the new washing machine.

Overall a great dryer. Smart technology makes it easy to keep track of finished loads and allows custom downloaded programs to care for all types of fabrics and drying cycles.

Got it a few weeks ago and love it! Best Buy came to install and they were very helpful--we had the wrong hookups, and they let us know what we needed...they came back a few days later and works perfectly!

My wife and I love this dryer. We have the matching washer. It’s silent and very efficient. It holds a large load of laundry too. It’s a true workhorse!

Excellent product with different drying levels for different needs. Only wish was an internal rack for running shoes to hold them in place and keep some quiet.

kinda wish I had splurged for the even more expensive set but they only came in a dark color. Hopefully my delicates will survive! They're still new so the verdict is out

I'm very happy with my dryer it works great. I would tell you to inspect it and make sure they take it out of the box. The delivery company can be shady.

Really like the unit to pair with my LG washer. Do not necessarily need the wi-fi capability, but am impressed with the unit's dry timing.
