||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it in Aug 2023, and already had problem drying 3 months later, LG tech came in and replaced a few parts, at 12 months mark had another issue where all the modes can’t be used, and could only select drying time. In May 2025 it has no heat, it’s broken in less than 2 years. A complete garbage.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st off I like Best Buy and have bought a lot of stuff there and will continue to, but this experience has and continues to be HORRIBLE. Zach Bridewell is my salesperson and he has been great. 1st I got 2 dryers and no washer, then when the washer came there was no propane conversion kit, it took forever to get that. Now that its been converted it won't ignite. So, tomorrow I'm supposed to get a entire new dryer...of course I will have to pay my electrician/plumbing contract AGAIN to convert to propane and re-install..... I was told I would be compensated for all the hassels. No Compensation to this date? Why should I be paying my electrician and plumber twice for conversion and installation? It's not reasonable for me to have gone a month and a half without laundry. In the future I think I'll stick to buying TV's and Computers from best Buy and take my appliance business elsewhere. I own 7 homes and a duplex so I do have appliance needs.

Came three times unprepared for the job brought the wrong dryer and even argued with my wife about the set up.
