Great machines. These are quiet and nice looking.

A few weeks in and great so far! Easy to use, much quieter than my former drying machine and works as advertised.

I love almost everything about this dryer. The one thing that does not please me is that the picture shows the inside of the appliance, but the smoked glass (why is it smoked and not clean?) prevents me from seeing into the drum. I like to be able to see if my bed sheets have become tangled up without opening the door!

Excellent product and great in store service from Best Buy. We've been loyal to the LG brand for the past 2 or 3 years and have been completely satisfied with everything to date and our new washer and dryer are no exception. The seem well made and run smoother, quieter and more efficiently than our last set of front loaders.

Looks good and Solid washer with good capacity size.

Works great! Love the pause button. Only runs until clothes are dry.

Dryer is fast drying and easy to use. Best dryer I have ever had.

I love this dryer and I'm enjoying the new steam feature. I have switched from Whirlpool to LG and seem to be happy so far. My whirlpool lasted over 13 years and was fantastic, I hope this LG is the same. My only complaint is that it is a little louder than my Whirlpool. My work desk is right not to my washer and dryer and the dry cycle is a little louder.

This dryer replaced an older dryer with less capacity. The larger capacity helps with drying times. The sensor feature is working as expected. There are features that we've not used to date, so more learning.

Dries clothes good, but takes a long time. Need to make sure the air vent is not blocked!

I like that it can handle large loads and the clothes don't get wrinkled.

So far so good...large capacity and great on propane. My only thought is it was def a pro needed job to hook in for LP- he had to literally take a great deal of the dryer apart to get the right LP converter put in place- with so much Tech advance you'd think they would have designed it to fit either LP or Natural gas line more easily.

This is a nice looking dryer that works well and so far no complaints

We had to have a gas dryer because we have gas lines, but we are very happy with this Dryer. The one notation I would have to say is that when you put it on normal dry, I always adjust the dry level to the maximum dry. If you don’t do this, then the clothes will still in my opinion feels somewhat damp. It seems to be the case with any Dryer though everybody’s trying to conserve energy but I’m not so sure it’s conserving energy when you have to run it several times to dry your clothes. So what I really like about this dryer is it has the feature to increase the dryness of the clothes on the first go around.

Everything I hoped it would be. Mom (senior) is a little intimidated, but I'm happy with the performance, buying process, delivery and, installation. Everything positive to say has already been said and I have nothing negative to add. Best Memorial Day Sale/ present to myself! Def will check out some other LG appliances.

Product great. Dealing with best buy during the purchase great. Delivery by a third party company was unsatisfactory. Left washing machine unbalanced. Did not put machines back in place leaving door from garage to laundry room unable to be closed. Didn't hook up sidekick washer. Very poor work ethic from the deliverymen. However when I got home moved everything into place. Hooked up sidekick and the washer/dryer perform great.

So far great. Enjoying the options of drying cycles. This our first smart dryer hopefully we dont regret.

Looks and operates like an upscale product! Like the wi-fi link feature to control and monitor washer and dryer - LG cloud monitors the appliance and sends preventive maintenance reminders. Very easy to operate- the best feature. Would have given 5-stars if the buzzer was much louder and alerted for much longer. In a large house, buzzer is barely audible and too short and sounds like a soft nursery rhyme.
