    getting an d80 d90 error since I got this machine. I already hired a professional to clean the vent in the wall but still getting the same error. I have to return this item

    Air dry likes to switch to high heat which has ruined several items. LG customer service is a joke don't waist you time... regret this purchase. If you have the option go with a different brand.

    This dryer is very weak. If we're washing jeans, even if it's just four pairs, we have to run them twice. Very disappointing.

    Best Buy lied and said they install stackable and did not. Left dryer in middle of room. Still have not called me back.

    Dryer makes a lot of noise…. Light is ifffey… And service — non-existent And computer somet8mee makes it difficult to do what YOU want. AND…still wants to control you — if entire for not checked off— won’t submit

    Unfortunately I am not sure what has gone wrong with LG but this dryer is not actually drying. I have to run it three times to get dry towels and sheets

    DON’T have “best buy” install or deliver appliances! The 3rd party employees they hire will damage your home and best buy and that 3rd party will refuse to take responsibility. Sitting here with water and floor damage in the thousands that I’m going to have to pay for unless I want to sue.

    Product was good, the installation company along with best buy's coordination was horrible. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Best buy says one thing and then their vendor says another. I recommend you use someone else for installation. Additionally, best buy store manager was of no use when the situation was explained.

    I received the wrong clothes drier and had to wait four days for the exchange. Then I received a washing machine that doesn’t work. Now I have to wait until Thursday for a new one. Delivery boys speak mo English at all.

    are you kidding? worst experience ever. Screwed up first delivery, screwed up second delivery. Went to incorrect address for third delivery. finally completed on fourth attempt and almost one month.

    Online it says excellent open box condition but the screws on the door are broken and i had to drill two out to put new screws. I can not change door side because screws are strip

    So I have made one payment on all the equipment and install but we won't receive the washer and dryer till the end of March. We knew this when ordered, but I find it hilarious they have asked for a review.

    Dryer will not dry. Service sent and they didn't fix it. Waiting on another service ticket now as Best Buy wouldn't replace it.

    LG Dryer Thin Q review.

    So far, so good! Still trying to figure out all of the settings, but the dryer is quiet and has a great capacity. I'm sure we will enjoy it even more, once we've had a chance to utilize all of the features. We especially like that the controls still have somewhat of a manual function, as opposed to all digitial. Overall, very pleased with our purchase.
