    Rusted on the inside after a year of use

    After using this dryer weekly about 10 loads a week, i noticed that the inside vent is now rusted.

    14 cycles and lots of options, BUT on most cycles (all of the sensor cycles) you can't change most of the settings. example perm press defualt is medium heat. That cannot be changed. The only preset with a low heat temperature is delicate. And then the clothes are dry when the cycle finishes.

    I ordered this machine but was disappointed by the noise the machine makes. So much so that I took it back and purchased a Samsung. My old Samsung was amazing and I can’t go back to a loud machine. If your machine is in a place that doesn’t have traffic then this machine is for you. Otherwise avoid it!

    To date, I do not have the washer/dryer that I ordered a month ago, nor do I have the accompanying items for the washer/dryer. I have made numerous calls, spoken with numerous persons, had my ordered scheduled and rescheduled and I physically sat at a house which I have not yet moved into on two separate days for 7+ hours each day, totaling over 14 hours physical wait time in an empty house. Still no washer/dryer. No one has made an effort to reach out to me or to help me despite the many efforts have made. As a reasonably competent person, I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Please advise.

    Dryer does not appear to dry clothes as well as I would think. Even with high heat at 60 minutes the clothes are sometimes still a little damp.

    From a very poor website purchasing experience, to an unprepared delivery/installer, to a return visit no-show...the BestBuy appliance option is poor. Unreliable. With regard to LG dryer specifically, just check into the natural gas to propane conversion process/headache, and it will give you a sense of the poor design this machine has. If that simple thing is a headache, what else do we have to look forward to with LG?

    2 years old... display panel starts to have glitchy moments. 2 years and 3 months: display panel goes out completely. My kingdom for the reliability of a 1970s Kenmore dryer. :(

    Received 2 bad units before finally received one that works. The final one has scratches but I am not going to ask for a replacement. BBY team did not help with expedited replacement or installation. My family had to live without a dryer for 25 days.

    Very Upset With Purchase Item.

    I heard this LG Dryer was A Great Dryer. Well it was installed and the Dryer was not drying property. The clothes were damp after a hour and it took 3 days to finally get help from Best Buy.

    I CANT REVIEW THIS ITEM AS I CANCELLED MY ORDER. I HAD RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING DELIVERY DATE WAS R/S FROM 7/27/2020 TO 10/27/2020. SO MY HUSBAND AND I CANCELLED THE ORDER.

    Hose provided with the dryer was too short and the installers couldn’t or wouldn’t provide the correct length. As a result the steam function is unusable.

    Average performance. Wifi on this dryer is not as stable as the companion LG washer. Occasionally the control system freezes up and requires a reboot at the start or end of a cycle.

    Review of Installation Process for Propane

    This is a review for the ordering process, not the machine. We have propane going into our house, which is not an uncommon thing, yet that wasn't an option provided anywhere when I ordered online. There also wasn't a clear option of where to purchase the necessary hardware with the purchase, yet they won't install it unless you order the hardware through them. If you have propane, you need a conversion kit, but unless you know to look for that, they don't say anything about it. It's something you have to call to specifically request, and of course costs a lot more $. I was very unhappy with this because if I hadn't needed to figure out where I get a gas connector line I wouldn't have asked these questions and the installers would have shown up and not been able to install the dryer. Now I've been on and off hold for nearly an hour with Best Buy just trying to figure out if I have everything I need to install this. How can this be SO incredibly complicated??

    Broken as soon as geek squad expired

    Wouldn’t recommend. I have this dryer for exactly 5 years (geek squad just expired last month) and it broke. It’s not heating- the filter is clean. It’s just tumbling. For that type of money you should definitely have it working for longer.
