    Good Dyer. Low noise, has Wi-Fi features that is cool. One star less for Best Buy installation service. That has deteriorated over years.

    You pay extra for a steam model and it doesn't come with the hookup for steam? That seems very odd. Now I have to order more parts and since I just paid for this dryer to be installed and they didn't install the steam hookup, I'll have to do it myself...
