The App feature is useless since you have to “lock” your washer/dryer. The sensors are also very delicate so if you are on a 1 hour cycle and you accidentally touch the button there is no way for that cycle to go back to that state it was in

We were unable to communicate with the installers since they did not speak English and we didn't speak Spanish. They neglected to turn on the gas on the dryer and didn't secure the washer drainage hose. We had to have a service visit to correct both problems causing us to be without a washer and dryer for another week.

Not a durable dryer - broken within 2 years

Very unhappy with this model/brand - I will not be buying an LG again in the future.

Called LG for manufacturing warranty and they said it was out warranty as their warranty starts on the date of the purchase and not the date of delivery. so even though I didn't have the product in my hand it was considered in warranty.
