We had a set of LGs at our old home in manchester that we purchased from BB 6 years ago or more......and they were dependable and easy to use. These new models are fantastic.

Had Consumer Report Samsung dryer (worst dryer i ever had). Got the LG. Best dryer I have ever had

The LG is a fantastic washing machine and dryer. The installers just were in to quick and left too quick before I could really evaluate the job they did. The washer and dryer are perfectly vertical. they slightly sloped away from each other. My fault for not making them do it right. I did have them adjust it once and they came up with some excuses why they couldn’t do it right even though our floor is perfectly flat. Dance at all is the lesson I learned. We paid 150 installation but I think I only got a little bit of that value.

I like the machine but needs smaller wash times. The 15 minute cycle is great but there needs to be a 30 or 35 minute cycle.

We have had this drier for about a month and it works great. The steam cycle is great for fixing my "non-iron" shirts that get left in the drier too long.

I love my new dryer however the info under specifications said the liquid propane conversion kit was included and it was not! so we had to purchase one online wait for delivery then another 3 weeks for Best Buy to come out and install the new part, ( they should have brought a part but thankfully we had received our order and they used our part) Then Best Buy charged us over $200. To install this part. Since the specs said the part was included it should have given us a box to mark for PROPANE then it should have come installed.

Very proficient well built quite clean my laundry well. I will always buy my large appliances through best buy. The price was good after shopping around they really had the best deal available. My wife and kids also love using it because of the simplicity of the buttons and dials. My mother in law come over now to use the washer she says her clothes are my h cleaner with this washer than the other one we had before. And on the staff at best buy they were great helping through the process of our purchasing the washer so we also brought the dry. The plan of 24 months came in it was better deal.

Easy to use, super quiet lg dryer. Impressed so far. It even alerted us to a clogged dryer vent which we promptly had professionally cleaned. Very happy.

I am in love with my dryer. Its so spacious, energy efficient and dries clothes very fast. Wouldn’t get any other dryer.

I love the way the washer and dryer works. Washing and Drying goes much faster. I got the pedestals for both. It raises the washer and Dryer to the perfect height.

this machine is a bit too digital for me but i like that it tells me with a pop-up on the phone that it's done. What I really don't like is tje display screen. Too flat and I have trouble reading it. Maybe it will change once we stack up or elevate a bit. Due to drums are angled down and I am shorter(5.6) I have trouble getting smaller items out. This really bothers me big time and still looking for a good solution. Love the light inside so you don't miss anything. It does it's job and looks good.

No real big complaints other then the wifi for Alexza/Google feature isnt that easy to connect or install too. Does the job whrn it comes to a dryer.

First time buying a steam dryer love how it works so far. We had a LG dryer before but this one seams to dry the clothes quicker then our other dryer

This is my first ever dryer and it is setting the bar high! Has all the functions you need and more. Take care of it and it will take care of you.

This unit replaced a 9 year + LG unit which is near our bedroom. It is very quiet and doesn't interfere with our sleep or watching TV. A huge plus.

This washer is great! Gets the clothes quicker than my last one and I love the Wi-Fi option so that I get notifications on when the cycle is done!!

After I bought it I was very satisfied with my purchase works great, I like all the extra features.
