Works well and has no problem drying anything we put in there. Wish there was a steam connection that came with it

My original dryer could not be installed because it came broken. Best Buy replaced the one I ordered with this one. I have been using this dryer for a week and it is very good. However there are a few cons to the machine. The preset factory settings do not dry the clothes completely. I had to keep putting them back in the dryer until I realized I can add to the dryness level button. Because this feature is a little hard to get used to I gave this dryer only four stars. Was hoping to be “wowed” but so far haven’t been.

This is meant to BEST BUY customer service, as your website has no reasonable way to share feedback. Your third-party delivery service is HORRIBLE. There were four attempts (where I took time away from work) to deliver and install my LG washer and dryer purchase. In all instances, the delivery team refused to install, claiming that they were only there to deliver the product. It was very clear in my invoice and on the notes from Best Buy to the delivery team what needed to be done which was to install both products. The delivery folks refused to do the job and claimed they did not have enough time to do it and that if I wanted it done, it would be better if I paid them on the side. I shared this feedback with the store manager, who simply apologized and gave me 1-888-BEST-BUY to file a complaint. I called the number, and they simply took my information and added it to their notes for the shipper, this leads to believe that nobody is closely paying attention to the customer on what they have to say. I enjoy Best Buy because of what it provides as a brick-and-mortar compared to online only stores, but its lack service to customers and third-party delivery services are very similar to why SEARS and TOYS R US are not around. I hope this message is heard by somebody who cares.

Easy to use and efficient in drying different materials.

Excellent dryer. Easy to use and very quiet. Dryer has all the necessary dry modes and additional modes can be downloaded via LG’s app.

The LG dryer is performing at the best expectation.

Product and pricing was/is outstanding, but delivery and installation continues to be a real disappointment. Contractors who always have a reason they can’t complete their work and you still get charged when they don’t complete the job. And to add insult to injury, I had to pay a Plummer to do what I already paid them to do.

The steam feature doesn't work as I thought. It basically just dampens clothes and barely removes any wrinkles. I find it a useless waste of money since had to pay for extra parts for it. Also the location of controls don't make sense... They are facing straight out, so you have to bend down to read them. They should be angled like my old dryer was.

Horrible dryer. Constant warring message about D95 exhaust blockage. I have cleaned the vent several times myself. Still can get rid of message. Cant recommend neither the gas unit or install by Best Buy. Install by Best buy, told me they could not use a part they sold me but i cant return. I wouldnt even recommend the total membership warranty. I contacted Best Buy, they direct me to LG, who says i have to have a professional cleaning done before they look at the unit. Very horrible experience overall. Have called Best Buy several times. Online reviews show their is a consistent problem with exhaust warning. So now i have to pay for a exhaust cleaning and see what happens next. Runaway from this unit and Best Buy, total membership is a absolute waste. Customer service wont help you for big units at all.

Pluses: every feature you ever wanted. Good sensors, intuitive controls. Minuses: can leave clothes damp on first cycle, subsequent cycles go for a shorter duration and get clothes dryer, works pretty well but can take a while for delicates. Having to clean the door regularly is also a bit of a bummer- a door design without the window would probably make that less frequent at least.

Works great and looks great as well, very happy with it so far. The app can be a pain to get started.

Great washer dryer combo. Delivery and set up was great as well.

This has been a great purchase. Dryer works perfect. Love the modes especially the AI mode that senses your clothes and provides the best settings. Also the refresh feature is great! So far, I am enjoying this dryer.

Looks great in the showroom. Beautiful design. We,lol are once it is delivered.

Excellent dryer. Many different cycles to choose from. One thing, you need to install the LG app to download all the cycles to the dryer. i find myself using AI cycle for clothes, works well.
