I originally purchased an LG washer and wanted to complement it so I invested in this dryer. It is very quiet and efficient and I like the way it looks and matches with the washer.

Pros: One of highest rated on Consumer Reports. Matches well with its coupled high rated washer. Very easy to use. Love the Steam Drying option. WiFi connection is helpful in notifying when cycles are done so you can remove before they wrinkle. Cons: Select drying option thoughtfully to best get wrinkles out. CAUTION: Do not use JB Hunt for delivery and installation. Not knowledgeable, switched cold/hot water connections, did not level machines, and rude/offensive. I have contacted Best Buy 4x now after submitting their survey. No response.

We've had this dryer for a short time but it's performed well so far. We particularly like the "AI" option, which lets the machine itself decide how best to dry each individual load.

The LG - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Stackable Smart Gas Dryer with Steam and Sensor Dry is a good dryer. It is compact, with a large capacity, a smart (wifi linked) appliance, a little noisier than the old Samsung dryer (when the burner is on) and takes a little longer to dry the load of clothes. It was recommended by Consumer Reports and noted for its reliability and features.

The dryer is just what we were seeking, especially ease of function and low noise level. We have had no issues with it. The panels are easy to read and easy to adjust for various drying needs.

This item is eye catching when you walk into the store. They immediately draw your attention when sitting next to other boring looking, tradition washers and dryers. Using the control knob is very satisfying. I feel like I am about to send my dirty laundry Back to the Future to be cleaned. The products work very well. They clean effectively and efficiently. Drying cycles are way faster than my previous front load dryer. I would recommend these.

We had issues with our brand new Maytag dryer heating up too much and ruining clothing, so we returned it and ordered this LG one. The first one of these that we got, it was clicking and creaking with every rotation, so we had to ask for an exchange. The second one doesn't have the clicking issue, but the dryer vent attachment point in the back is a little loose, which is slightly concerning, but we decided to accept it, because we don't feel any exhaust leaking. The temperature control on this one is very accurate, and the "Low" setting is truly low enough to avoid ruining clothes, so we're pretty happy with it. I wish it were a little easier to select the timing setting. You have to push the button to cycle through each time option (10 min, 20 min, 30 min, etc.) instead of being able to go forward and back. So if you miss the one you want, you have to loop all the way back around, up through I think 120 min. It traps some lint and hair around the edge of the door, so it's important to have the white one so you can see it and clean that up before dragging your newly-cleaned clothes across it.
