I probably could have purchased a cheaper tv that would have the same picture quality. Until Satellite Providers start sending 4K content this tv is a waste of your money.

Bad angles.

The angles in my opinion are bad. You lose brightness, color, saturation, etc. Again...sit in front of it...gorgeous!!!

Best NANOCELL

Changed the default setting to VIVID and it makes the tv “pop”. We need it brighter as it’s positioned in a darker living room. Edge to edge and even viewing from the side -no distortion nor quality deterioration. Sound is good but since it’s located in a large room, we’re using a Bose system. Set up to include Direct TV was flawless. Wholly recommend.

Unsatisfactory buying experience!

This buying experience may be the most unsatisfactory of the last twenty years for me! Bought TV, scheduled install. Install canceled by Best Buy. Product didn’t get to store in time. Rescheduled install. When that day came I called to make sure it was coming. Not coming! Best Buy rescheduled install for a month later. Angry, now! Rescheduled for 2 weeks instead of 4. Awaiting install! Will be ready but not holding breath!

DO not buy!!

TV screen freezes sometimes, I had to keep resetting. Not sure why it does this, forget about calling LG customer service. No one answers, comes with 1 year manufactor warranty, but no one services this area. Stuck with it...do not buy!!!

HORRIBLE Shipping!

If I could rate a negative star I would. They sent me a broken tv TWICE!! It’s like a sick joke. Each TV took like 2 weeks to receive. Talk about wasted time and effort. It took me months to wait for a good price and research. All of that gone. I chose that TV specifically for PS5 gaming. Even the sales guy who sold us the tv, no response. I’ve been a long time, loyal customer. With my recent experience, I’ll probably just take my business elsewhere. Best Buy, you need to check your shipping contractors if they actually ship TVs!

Not worth the money

I actually have older TVs with a better picture than this. I ended up going with a Vizio P Quantum Series and it’s light years better!

Worst TV ever

Doesn't support apps even though it says it should. Once you install an app you have to delete it and reinstall it every day in order for it to work. Total waste of money

Don’t buy this tv

Terrible TV
