Maybe the absolute worst TV OS

You no longer can turn the screen off to just listen to music and save the screen from burnin, so LG apparently is only about selling more TVs, not customer satisfaction. Also, they hide very popular features allowing turnon options for inputs. Do not buy any LG TVs because they are terrible. I fo like the OLED, but sadly it will be ruined in no time because I have both an Apple Mac as well as a Windows PC connected, among others, that have static screens which I am fine with the video being turned off but want the audio. I have Dolby Atmos with an expensive surround system and LG only allows bypassing video by using Bluetooth to the TVs lousy speakers. A few grand wasted on a piece of junk.

Focus unreliable

This must be a warranty issue. My otherTV’s do not have this problem.

Known black flickering issue.

Purchased a 77" and 65". Wondering if it's only a matter of time before the 65" does it too. MANY reports of this happening with this model. What a shame, it's a beautiful TV. Useless if you can't watch it though. Have tried pulling power, holding power button while powering on, disabling power saving, many other troubleshooting steps. Issue remains.

Flickers Black- LG Issue

Then I started to notice the issue with it. Every 5-10 minutes it flickers black for a split second. If you blink, you’d totally miss it, but it’s there. The entire screen goes black for half a second and then back to normal for another 5-10 minutes. I looked it up on Reddit and multiple people are having this issue. LG hasn’t been able to fix it yet, so do not purchase this. Multiple people have returned it and gotten a new one and it has the same issue. I believe it’s just with the B2 series.

Not worth the money

It's wall mounted, not used alll that much, and the only thing plugged in to the new surge protector strip that we purchased with it. We have tried every troubleshooting option without luck. I didn't buy the protection plan because I never have issues with my tvs. Our Samsung is 16 years old and has been moved multiple times. The Samsung still works. This is the last LG product we will buy.

First, Try a soft reset of your LG TV by unplugging, wait 60 seconds then re plug. If that doesn't work then try to reset all external devices such as cable box or any others, wait for another minute and this should reset your LG - 77" Class B2 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Got the Tv Never worked

It comes in and i mount it and plug it up, its doesnt cut on so i call best buy corporate customer service, there customer service rep says that this tv has been having problems lately on this Christmas time 2022 so i return it and decide to wait on my next tv that i will buy, usually im all Lg or nothing but now, im rethinking that.

Poor quality of TV

Horrible service on purchases

We are elderly and handicapped. I requested installation on all purchases plus we bought special tech program where we get installation on all purchases. Still sitting in mid very small LR. We cannot lift this.

TV doesn't stay on

Amazing TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already had a 65" OLED before this one. I was a bit afraid because I really wanted a C series. But I'm glad I got one of the B series because I really can't see the benefits of the one more expensive. The level of black of the OLED is amazing on itself and I imagine that only a few detail oriented people will see any difference. The other selling point is that you save the money to buy an LG Sound Bar and make your experience even better.
