    Amazing TV, but...

    I absolutely love this TV. Unfortunately I have to return it because the WiFi connection is unstable on a 5gHz connection. It's more stable on a 2.4 gHz, but that's too slow. Best Buy offered to replace it with the same TV, but I've heard a number of stories of people replacing it 2 and 3 times and still having the same issue. So, sadly, I'll move on to a different set.

    I wouldn't purchase this TV unless it has a fantastic deal. Don't be tricked by the sales price cause it was listed as $4300. Also, the 83" doesn't include the MLA technology, so I'll advise you to get the 77".

    Poor Purchase Performance via Best Buy

    Nothing better than staring at a box I can’t open bc the stand I was promised with my order did not arrive. Now Best Buy is saying it will take an additional week to arrive and I have to pick it up at a store that is an hour away. Already a dissatisfied experience so much so that I’m contemplating returning this TV for a Sony. At least it comes with legs I don’t have to wait on. Just giving a heads up to anyone considering buying this TV through Best Buy. You could get the stand a lot faster through LG.

    Delivery driver decided not to deliver my TV.

    TV was supposed to be delivered today. Gps gave the delivery guy the wrong directions, so he ended up 10-15 minutes away from my house. When he reentered my address and got the right directions, instead of delivering my tv, he decided it was too late to deliver the tv, even through he was right down the road. Then he lied on his ticket and said it was the wrong address. He also lied and told me he was calling his office and best buy was going to call me back and let me know if he can still deliver the tv today. Well I waited a few minutes, when no call came, I called the delivery guy back, who decided not to answer. So I called best buy to confirm the delivery guy ghosted me. And after 30+ minutes of phone calls, I had to reschedule the delivery, which is now 5 days later. That's when I found out the delivery guy put "incorrect address" on his paperwork, instead of " I read the gps wrong", so he didn't have to deliver it today. Maybe the tv is great, I don't know, but it is terrible customer service.

    Missing Hardware and Poor Customer Service

    Bought an open box LG G3 77 OLED tv in Excellent condition. However when I returned home and began to unbox the tv, I found that the mounting bracket was not included. I attempted to contact the Best Buy store where I purchased the tv to see if the mounting bracket was left out by accident, but when I dial the store telephone number listed online, I am sent to an off-shore call center who cannot answer my question or connect me to the Best Buy store in question. I live an hour away and just want to speak with someone at the store before I drive an hour back to the store. The tv was identified as being in excellent condition and should have included the wall mount. I understand mistakes are sometimes made but the inability to contact someone at the store or find anyone who can provide the wall mount bracket is unacceptable.

    Disconnects and stops working

    Cannot stream an entire movie or show without it disconnecting. Using a tethered wifi and placed one right next to the tv and it still disconnects. Other devices continue to work while the tv doesn’t. Need to unplug it from the wall to reset it to get a little more time with it working. Really disappointed with this performance.
