Q: where is the stand for this? i only see the g2 stand
A: G2 stand also works for the G3. But just an FYI, it does tilt back by 10-15 degrees. A 3rd party vesa option may work better.
Q: Does the included wall mount tilt up and down, or just right and left? Thank you.
A: Neither. The wall mount that LG includes, is designed to fit flush against the wall like a picture.
Q: With the tv mounted close to the wall can you still access hdmi ports if needed?
A: Only if you pull the set away from the wall; the HDMI ports are located in a recess in the back of the set and are inaccessible when the set is in the normal mounted position.
A: I was the same way, wanting the 83” until I seen the quality wasn’t as good. With that and it being 2000$ more for just 6 inches. I feel confident in my decision with getting the 77” and don’t feel like I’m missing out on the 83” at all. It’s been a month now and I love this TV.
A: Plasma, LCD, Oled, they will all burn in to some degree at some point, its the way it is. I replaced a 65CXPUA (16000+ hrs) which had no burn in issues and my tvs run and i play games on them. I also use the Oled care built within the set. So far i have 344 hrs on this new set (G3) and there are no issues. I would suggest having your settings correct for your viewing area.
A: Hey there, Joshua. Fortunately, this 77" Class G3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV with One Wall Design is WISA compatible. ^Anthony
Q: I did not turn on closed caption and now I cannot turn off closed caption. Please advise.
A: I'm not familiar with LG tv's but you might let us know if this is a feature from an app or a device.
A: Hi there. Thank you for your inquiry. The LG OLED77G3PUA is designed for exceptional gaming experiences, but some users have reported issues with running the TV at 144Hz with PCs, experiencing blacked-out screens or crashes while gaming. These issues can often be related to settings and compatibility with the Connect Box. To address these problems, ensure your TV has the latest firmware installed, use a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable, update your PC's graphics card drivers, and check and adjust the TV’s settings, such as the refresh rate and resolution. If the issue persists, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. Our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions and provide further assistance. We appreciate your patience. —Renzo
