The picture looks very detailed. As good as my old Pioneer plasma with better colors and brighter!
Best Buy employees from the store I visit often, and phone support have been extremely helpful.
Kudos to LG for keeping premium OLED going strong. Fantastic TV design, very thin, it looks like a picture on the wall. Although the built in bracket is an amazing idea in engineering, its not for the faint of heart installing. As its not very wide and most likely wont hit two studs while centering on the wall. We ended up using one stud near center, then using 4 heavy duty butterfly lag bolts. It seemed sketchy, but my electrician said it'll be fine. And apparently LG thinks so too. (based on the hardware they include) But, in the end, the TV is so close to the wall, no other bracket can do that. Thank you LG for a great TV and Best Buy team for helping me deicide. AND price matching! I truly got a "Best Buy" and will continue to support my local Best Buy store.

Since the plasma Pioneer Elite we’ve always bought the top of the line TVs available.
The 77”LG g3 Oled is no exception. By far this Tv has the best picture quality of any TV we’ve ever owned and like I said we’ve owned several from Sony to Samsung.
The Filmmaket mode out of the box is incredible. We also lOVE the webOS, it’s the best interface we’ve experienced in any TV. It loads all your previous apps like Netflix seamlessly, very easy.
The remote is easy to use, it’s plastic but that doesn’t bother us, but do wish it was backlighted. The brightness really stands out over any TV we’ve ever owned. We couldn’t be more happy. This TV is a no brainer. We have the Love sac sectional couch with built in speakers so we don’t use the TV’s speakers.

I swapped a Sony A80L for this LG G3 and all I can say is "wow" every time I turn it on and watch something. I was perpetually disappointed with the A80L every time I turned it on...
On the G3, HDR content in a dark room pops off the screen (almost looks 3D). SDR content is also quite bright and the upscaling is nearly as good as the Sony.
My only gripe is in game mode the brightness and colors drop off, and banding is horrible vs the Sony I never once noticed banding.
webOS is not my favorite, I much prefer Google TV but I'll take it as a tradeoff for the brightness and image pop. Love this TV!

This LG G3 OLED 4K is a great tv with a great picture.
I have never seen colors that look so natural and real.
I love the bright white of the G3, and other colors are like I've never seen before.
My Led tv never came close to the sharpness or vividness of the LG G3 OLED. The picture is Superb!
The wall mount gives the tv a clean and sleek look like a framed picture on my wall, unlike my old wall mount, and I really like that look
I know it's a lot of money for theses OLED TVs, but if you want a tv that you're going to enjoy for a few years, the G3 is the one. Did I say I love my new LG G3?

I have the 77" version. This is an excellent TV with stunning brightness, contrast and color. This TV advertises 70% brighter SDR content over last gen, and I can vouch for that. You don't need just HDR content to fully enjoy the power of this screen.
It comes stock with vivid brightness and image smoothing turned on - I turned that off right away and found calibration videos on YouTube. Each video type it can display (SDR, HDR10, Dolby Vision, etc.) has its own video setting, so you will need to calibrate each individually while you have that content on the screen. In terms of the white level, apparently Warm50 on this TV is the correct setting for professionals, though I found it too warm, so I have it at Warm20 across the board.
I turn off all frame interpolation (soap opera effect) but enable Real Cinema, which enables 24p mode so movies look correct without judder.
I do not use the speakers or the apps as I have external audio and prefer to use a Roku for all my streaming, so I can't speak on those.
This mounted relatively easily with the included mount, though you will likely need your own screws. I used 2 of the supplied screws into one stud and six different screws using my own drywall anchors, and the mount is strongly in place. The TV hooked onto the mount easily, and the mount allows for some slight adjustments to fine-tune the level. After that, the mount clicks into place and the TV sits flush with the wall.

This tv is exceeding my expectations. Awesome color and brightness. Amazing features for gaming. I initially bought the 65 but ended up returning it for the 77. The new MLA screen is so bright, I actually keep it at 80%. I have it mounted on the wall and it looks like a picture frame.

Best TV I ever had. Super bright with superior detail. I’ve had the 77” C3 and the Samsung 77” S90C prior to this one and had them all at once. The G3 just stomped on them all. Upscaling of regular TV was no contest. But it’s the bright white highlights that sets this TV apart from the others. Anything that has a reflection (ie metal, glass) or lights/lamps/neon lights, sweat, shine marks sun reflections, make the picture literally look like they are in your room. It jumps off the screen. Because this TV can get so bright, it makes the actors separate themselves from the background which gives it a minor 3D like effect. Super cool. Especially if you have the smooth motion turned on.
I am very happy with this purchase and I got a fair condition one from my local Best Buy at a steal of a price. Actually cheaper than the C3 I returned. The only scratches were on the very bottom that I’d never see and no remote ($35 elsewhere). I’ve heard that the gaming mode is darker than the others but I have a different TV I use for gaming.

The TV is astounding in its picture quality. We frequently comment on how dark scenes that were unseeable on our Sansung are dark, with pure blacks but clear. If you are concerned about WebOS, don;t be - it is user friendly. It has enoung connectivity to handle all your devices. In my research most said OLED would not be bright enough for a sunlit room. This is not true with this TV. it has a great anti-glare treatment and is way bright enough. If there is an issue with this TV it is my perception of build quality. It is really thin and when pulling it out to connect a wired device I'm always certain I'm going to break it. Just from a feel perspective the frame should be more rigid, but that's my opinion. Want a great picture...get one. You won't believe how many wrinkles people on TV actually have.

Coming from the c1, g1, c2 I can easily this is the biggest upgrade in years it’s almost like next gen feeling. All the reviews you will see talk about brightness which is there .. it is very bright… but there are so many other upgrades that you will notice also … the biggest for me is the upscaling.. you can watch shows on your Apple TV in hd from a decade ago and it almost looks exactly like the 4k content minus the hdr highlights which makes visiting some of these older shows fun… with the Dolby vision content sometimes it looks like the content is in 3d. …I know there is a big debate between Samsung qdoled and LG woled but while a lot of the arguments are a tie with brightness and etc the upscaling on the LG blows Samsung away .. so if you watch any sdr content you have to go LG…

Last year I wanted a Sony XR A95L but they were not available and were too expensive, I “settled” for the LG G3 on sale and I am so happy I did. My first clue I had made the right decision is another customer followed me out of the store whining that I beat him to it. The chief selling point was the slim mount which makes viewing angle more enjoyable, but I also received recommendations from friends about the picture quality. I was not disappointed

I cant add much more about the quality of the TV that other reviews wouldnt already provide in better detail. This TV is everything I have ever wanted from a display. As perfect a rating as I can possibly give. That being said, this is intended to be wall mounted. You CAN buy the stand and if you absolutely must you will still love it, but where it really shines is on the wall with the perfect flush. To pull that off you need to make sure you make all the right cuts to feed the wires and a perfect stud in the wall to place the mount. Do your homework to get it right or pay a pro. Its worth it!

After months of research and debating whether an OLED monitor was worth the investment, I finally pulled the trigger on this LG OLED display — and I can say without hesitation, it has completely transformed my workspace and viewing experience. From build quality to performance, this monitor is in a class of its own.
Picture Quality That Leaves You Speechless
Let’s start with the main event: the OLED panel. The image quality is absolutely breathtaking. Blacks are true, inky black — not just dark gray like on most LCDs — thanks to OLED’s self-lit pixels. This results in infinite contrast and an insane level of depth and realism. Whether I’m editing photos and video, streaming 4K HDR content, or gaming, the colors are incredibly vibrant and accurate. Everything just pops on the screen.
I work in color-critical environments, and the factory calibration on this monitor was spot-on. It covers 99% of the DCI-P3 and AdobeRGB color gamuts, and it’s certified for HDR (with full 10-bit color), making it ideal for content creators and professionals. Skin tones are natural, gradients are buttery smooth, and shadows have incredible detail without any crush.
OLED for Gaming? Yes, Please.
I was initially concerned about using OLED for gaming because of the usual fears around burn-in, but LG has implemented several features like pixel refresh and screen shift to mitigate this. The experience is nothing short of stunning — the 120Hz refresh rate (on some models) and ultra-low response time make for incredibly fluid motion and zero ghosting. Paired with G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility, games run buttery smooth with no screen tearing.
I tried a variety of titles — from fast-paced shooters to cinematic open-world games — and everything looked next level. OLED’s ability to render deep blacks makes night scenes and sci-fi environments incredibly immersive. Once you game on this, it’s hard to go back to anything else.
Design & Build: Sleek, Premium, Professional
LG absolutely nailed the design. The monitor is slim, elegant, and minimalist, with virtually no bezels. It looks gorgeous on any desk. The build quality feels solid and premium — nothing feels cheap or flimsy. The included stand is sturdy and allows for tilt and height adjustments, though I opted to mount mine with a VESA arm to free up desk space.
Connectivity & Features
Ports are plentiful: DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C, and a USB hub, so connecting everything from my MacBook to my gaming PC is seamless. The USB-C with 90W power delivery is a huge bonus for laptop users — I can connect and charge with one cable, keeping the setup clean and efficient.
Comfort & Eye Care
As someone who stares at a screen all day, I appreciate the inclusion of features like low blue light and flicker-free technology. It makes a noticeable difference during long editing sessions or late-night work. My eyes feel less fatigued even after hours of use.
Is It Worth It?
Absolutely. This is not just a monitor — it’s a display experience. Yes, it comes at a premium price, but once you see what OLED can do in a professional or gaming setup, it’s hard to settle for anything else. It’s a legitimate tool for creators and a luxury for gamers, and it somehow manages to excel at both.
Final Verdict: A Masterpiece from LG
LG has outdone itself with this OLED monitor. It delivers reference-quality image fidelity, top-tier gaming performance, and a sleek design that enhances any setup. If you’re serious about visuals — whether for creative work, immersive gaming, or just appreciating high-quality content — this is the monitor to get. Easily one of the best tech purchases I’ve made in years.

I owned one of the first OLED TVs and this surpassed everything I expected. The blacks are so deep and rich and it’s significantly brighter which stands out in bright rooms.
Mounting was quite easy and done with my wife in less than 20 mins. Although only use one HDMI port I have to say there are plenty of connections if you need it.
And the interface is great, and I favor it over Samsung and Sony.
Only issue I’ve come across is when watching Dolby Vision content, every so often it seems to reset the signal, turning to a all red screen and then pink noise and then back to the original picture. Annoying but hoping a software update fixes it.

Spectacular. Magnificent display of technology and art. This TV shows how incredibly advanced our electronics have become in the past couple decades. Leaps and bounds. I have a QD-OLED, and this WOLED is surprisingly JUST as quality of a picture. Both with contrast and brightness. I cannot see a difference. However the fact that this G3 has a heat sink to help with heat dissipation and longevity and a 5yr panel warranty makes all the feel goods inside. The gaming processor makes the experience splendid. Convenience is everything and the gaming mode is just that. 10/10 experience, would buy again.
Caveat, the heat sink works, which means the heat vents out around the tv. You can feel the heat being close to the tv. Don’t be surprised.
